Reviewed By sharifh962مميزات المكان. منظم و عائلى و أماكن خضراء كتيرة عيوبة فعلا فعلا حمامات السباحة صغيرة جدا جدا بالمقارنة لعدد الشاليهات ١١٠٠ شالية عرض حمام السباحة لا يتعدى ٧ م فى طول حوالى ٢٥ م يخدم حوالى ٢٦٠ شالية زحمة جدا و تحسك فى البانيو لان أقصى عمق ١٥٠ سم الغلاء فاحش كل حاجة الضعف الكانز و العيش و حتى السجاير ثمنها ٣٣ ج اشتريتها ٤٥ ج وسندوتش برجر عادى جدا ٥٥ ج ربع ساعه لعبة أطفال ٥٠ ج الشاى فى الكافتيريا ٣٢ ج ايس كريم ٣٠ ج الكارثة بالنسبة لى هى انقطاع المياة فى الشالية و عملت شكاوى فى الرسيبشن الأكثر كارثية انا كنت حاجز ٥ أيام و اتصلت بهم بسبب المياة و النظافة و المطعم حوالى ٢٠/٢٥ مرة هى مرة واحدة بس اللى بيردو عليك و لا احد يهتم بك

Un reliable booking , rude customer service employee, dirty hotel ...
Reviewed By Abdurahman AFirst of all this is not a hotel , this company re rent chalets on this resort , I booked through booking .com and received confirmation from the website and from the company, and when I arrived to the place after 2 hours driving from Cairo,the reception told me that there was no reservation for me, so I called the phone number on the confirmation email and the customer service employee told me that my booking was cancelled because ( something was wrong) I asked her how do you cancel a confirmed reservation without telling the customer, she said she can make a new reservation, but with higher price, and when I said ok , she asked me to cancel the first reservation???? I told her that she said that the first reservation was cancelled,she said yes but you have to cancel it from your side too to make the new reservation, I knew then that it was a game they played to make me pay more for the same room , then I went out of the reservation office to find out that there is three companies that run the place and you can rent a room from other company and that's what I did Now , the hotel it self is very dirty and the furniture is very old and in bad condition though the area it self is very beautiful

Worst Hotel booking I had in my life via booking.com
Reviewed By loai_engI had booking in August 2021 through booking.com in this hotel it was clear fraud booking I supposed to pay 180$ but I was shocked to charge my credit card 354$ They claimed that this different is property fees!! which is almost same amount of hotel booking, why they didn't show in break down payment!!! I cancelled my booking after 5 min but this property and Booking.com refused to refund full amount ( they refunded only 200$) Booking.com didn't solve the issue, they advised that they have nothing to do with this property where they insisted not to refund the money I was more shocked from the way Booking.com is solving the problem and they know I have been cheated. My recommendation if you have to visit such poor property, don't proceed with booking via third party like booking.com it would be worst. on the other hand I had no option to stay in this property for some personal reason during the same time, but I booked direct with property with almost half price Booking.com charged me. And my stay was also the worst stay at this property. Lift could delay for 20 min very bad swimming pool and beach Room was not clean Nothing was good except property hotel.
