Reviewed By khaledmedhatThe level of cleanliness is remarkable, the photos are exactly the same comparing to what I’ve found. The staff are professional and kind. The place is really quite to have a good rest during day or night. The size of the refrigerator was really good that can have all what you need.

Amazing stay
Reviewed By Moatazess98540It was one of best stays in such an amazing hotel , rooms were so clean and big, Service was excellent, Reception staff was so friendly and helpful thanks for all staff there really specially Mr.shady asst general manager for his great welcoming and help during our stay, will recommend the hotel for friends.

This is a 21 Serviced Apartments - 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms Apartments in a condo called Monte Cairo up in Mokattam Hills, 15 minutes by car from down town Cairo, in front of the famous Citadel of Cairo. It is a family business and is operated by 20 Staff (House Keeping, Reception, Security, Accountant, and PR) It is a very cosy and friendly atmosphere and the staff is trying to really make you feel home.
What a waste of money!

Filthy walls and curtains, similar to what I imagine a drug den looks like. Advertised as self catering but no cutlery or crockery. Just dirty empty cupboards. I suppose the kettle is what they mean- who knows The towels are hard and old and the cleanliness of both those and the bedding is questionable. Our door lock was faulty and we got locked in- not to worry, someone simply climbed through our bathroom window and let us out after jiggling the lock! The lift didn’t work when we arrived, but was operational the following day, probably best to not use it anyway. Bit of a death trap. Open trash cans every where complete the ambiance. Oh and don’t be alarmed by the room where the cats live, they just creep under the door in the sandy tunnel they’ve made. The TV also didnt work. No wifi and no TV. Reception staff are so well matched to the accommodation. People were walking around, shouting and coming and going until well after 3am. You generally feel unsafe We stayed one night,declined the breakfast and left as soon as possible

Worst experience in my life
Reviewed By Iman SHotel service is terrible. No Maintenance since 10 days + they refuses to take my garbage. Last pickup was 4 to 5 days ago. I have a baby and pampers and they do not care. They want me to stick to an cleaning appointment preselected by them. They give me appointments that do not match for me and dont care if it does not work for me as I work etc. and if I ask that just someone comes to take the garbage they say your problem....you had an appointment and missed it and shall wait till next week. So I have now to wait 1 week till someone comes and takes the garbage incl baby diapers. When I say I want to talk to the manager they just hang up and dont care. They receive 20 000 EGP in advance and dont care for anything. Biggest regret. I would like to go but they received my money. Take care before you book a long stay and never book despite through booking and avoid a long stay especially in their apartment. Shame on you to treat a mother with a baby like that.
