I ordered the Fuego 40 pieces platter, the sushi tasted very good and the ingredient were of highly quality. The miso soup was great as well. For desert I ordered the banana tempura and it was not bad but I would recommend the chocolate fondu instead.Prices are very reasonable (around 300 per person). I definitely recommend Fuego if you are looking for good Sushi in Cairo.

Great ambiance..live music..delicious food..specially the head Chef Abhay Kala..he is makes us to feel at home and suggests and helps out to customize the food as per your taste buds....I had visited the restaurant more than a 50 times...big thums up for the hospitality team for taking good care...That said, it is on the pricier end of the spectrum for Egypt but at par with international fine dining. Stayed at the hotel and went down to the restaurant for dinner. Absolutely loved it! My partner is allergic to shrimp and Raul the Chef was very accommodating. The Restaurant was amazing ! The atmosphere is to die for and the staff is really cooperative and nice. The food is delicious as well. I also had some birthday cupcakes with me and they were very cooperative and accepting that I got the cupcakes from elsewhere.
