Standard poor new castle service, they pay very little attention to the drive thru. You can be the only person at the drive thru and still have a 15 minute wait to get your cheap precooked hotdogs. If you ask how much at the speaker so you can have payment ready at the window they tell you to pull around, I really don't think they know how to run the business and give customers the service they want. But their chili sauce is very good

In my 6 trips ( because sometimes you need KFC) the fastest I have been thru the drive thru is 20 minutes. 4 of the 6 times they were out of what I asked for. 3 of the 6 times my order was wrong when I got home.

We were in town for business and stopped to grab sandwiches for dinner. I was disappointed. I asked for a couple of things to be left off the sandwich, however everything was left off the sandwich. Also, the grilled chicken sandwich was not fresh, so this was disappointing also. Would probably stop again, but with tempered expectations.
