Weâve been visiting the area the last month and enjoyed four fabulous evenings at this beautiful restaurant. The food is exquisite and served in the âhidden/secretâ (thus the name of the restaurant) courtyard, weather permitting. You may question some of the combination of flavors but wow, do they work! Thank you so much Herminie and Phillipe (and family) for amazing food, service and memories......must have dishes La Peps (desert) and the pork cooked two ways (main). Tres tres tres bon!

We went for dinner on the second night after the restaurant opened. The menu is limited but everything we had was delicious. The focus is on locally sourced ingredients and the execution is sophisticated with a certain savoir faire which distinguishes Le Bastion from the other restaurants in Lagrasse. The renovation of the building is lovely and the upstairs dining room will be very attractive in colder times. They also have an outdoor terrace for the summer. Try it and you will not be disappointed. petit parking juste devant petite terrasse et petite salle 25 personnes.L'accueil est souriant décontracté et attentif.J'ai déja participé à un repas de groupe il y a quelques temps dans cet établissement et la je reviens seul.Le patron propose les plats préparés en traiteur et vous avez donc le choix avec 3 entrées 5 ou 6 plats et 3 desserts.Le tout est frais fabriqué sur place.La quantité est suffisante et il y a du goût.Les lasagnes sont super...Je reviendrai...
