I first visited Retro Bar by chance in July 2019 and instantly loved it. They show the football early on but then in the evenings have live entertainment. On the night we went Wendy Walker was singing and she's so fantastic we tried to hire her to sing at our wedding. Sadly she had other arrangements that weekend but none the less we were hooked. The bar staff are great so smiley and take the time to say hi and make you feel really welcome. We returned to the island in September for our wedding and decided to bring the wedding party there on the Thursday night. We pre booked the space as there was about 30 of us and the bar pulled out all the stops! We had fantastic food with a great choice. We could have individual bar tabs which made paying up so much easier. We were even lucky enough to have Wendy performing again and she helped make the night so special. Can't rate this place highly enough! Will be back soon!!

Called in for lunch on a recent visit, one of the few places that do egg mayo, girlfriends favourite! Sometimes the most basic food is just what's needed! Big chunks of egg slavoured in mayo, delicious! Washed down with a couple of ice cold lagers! Lovely food, good service and excellent value! I always stop at Bagus for a burger lunch at some point during my Cotillo trips, and this time around was just as good as always. It was very busy when I went, so I ordered at the till, which speeds things up a great deal - don't just sit and wait for table service, you could be waiting a while...My Yankee burger was stunning, and the beer was cold and delightful.Full marks and 5 stars!

We live close by and drop in at least a few times a week. Drinks are nice snd food very good and well presented. Happy hour for drinks 6 to 7pm and great fish n chips deal on a friday evening (pre book). 2 meals for â¬12!

Five tapas and a bottle of wine for 18 euros is enough for a couple. There are a few tables inside with more outside in a quiet square. Service was good, food was good and I liked that locals were there, creating a nice ambience.

We recently stayed with family in Lajares and noticed the Agua Bar when out running and it looked worth a visit. It definitely was.We popped in at least 3 times for afternoon, evening and final night drinks and would definitely recommend. The team were so friendly and welcoming, the drinks were prepared with much care and attention and were delicious. We also tried the tapas which was very tasty.The kids would recommend the milkshakes and I would definitely advise trying the cocktails.And thank you for the blankets !!Thank you very much!

This place has everything going for it. It has the vibe to match the area, laid back, chilled out, relaxed. Loads of great seating areas to slouch in, skateboard ramp out the back (with skateboards) let the kids have a go (itâs free)The food itself is really good quality with loads of taste, kinda Mexican/SpanishWe stopped by for an ice cream after climbing the volcano next door. We were so impressed by the vibe and the service we went back for dinner, arelas, nachos, burgers and burritos were all lovely. To be fair they did struggle to keep up with the volume of customers.The have a BBQ most nights it would be better if that was advertised and talked about. We didnât know that until after we ordered as itâs not on the menu!!Overall a top place to go!

We took a detour here for lunch on the way to Corralejo from the airport.The cafe has a great atmosphere with a good mixture of locals and tourists.We had burgers and beer for our lunch. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again.
