Went to the Como Hotel on a Tuesday arvo to catch up with family and have a few drinks. A lovely breeze and ice cold boutique beers out on the verandah. A beautiful quiet old pub with a great view.

We had dinner here last night, and were very disappointed. We were seated at 7.08pm and ignored completely for 20 minutes, so I went to the front desk to ask if we needed to order from them, and was told that they had table service. Went back to the table and we were still ignored for another 15 minutes before our order was taken. We were served our meal at 8.25pm, my husband ordered the ribs and wings special, my son ordered the chicken schnitzel and I ordered oysters. My kilpatrick oysters were made with BBQ sauce and the schnitzel was very small and overcooked. My husband was starving so he ate his wings and ribs but would not order them again.When I went to pay I mentioned that we had waited a long time for our meal, and one of the waitresses responded 'there was a wait, I wouldn't have seated you if you didn't want to wait'! What kind of response is that to a customer who has waited over an hour to be served. My conclusion is that the service level matches the quality of the food. We won't be back.

Service happy and friendly. Nothing overlooked with the orders. Food very good and meals came out promptly. No rush to get dessert orders etc, we were left to enjoy ourselves (a group of ladies). Just a nice friendly feel for a lunch. Cant wait to go back for dinner.

The quality of the food is very consistent & the prices are very reasonable. Usually plenty of tables in restaurant & the take away service is very fast. More people need to try this little hidden gem as you won't be disappointed.My favourite dishes are Salt & Pepper Prawns, King Prawn Omelette & Beef & Black Bean Sauce. I also like the Curry King Prawns as well but next time I will ask for it to be a bit hotter as the Curry was mild which would probably suit most palates but I like it hotter. What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas In July with a group of friends. Really can say that Rocksalt never fail to please with beautifully prepared food. The menu choices are so well balanced to suit all tastes and the serving sizes are very generous. With all care taken to provide allowances for allergies and advising as to what would be suitable and safe for such needs. The setting is well decorated, fresh and modern. Must congratulate the owners who noticeably have a real passion for providing first class food and service.

They are close to getting a 5 stars if the prices are 10-15% cheaper. At $18-$20 for a breakfast dish the prices are high for a small cafe in this area. The food and coffee were good and the lady served us always have a lovely smile. The seating was ok though they could clean the place better after the morning session. Overall it's a good place for breakfast.

First time going to Kellys for dinner. My wife and I both had steak and they were both cooked very well. Sides were also good. Atmosphere was good with lots of different seating options. Service was not the best, waitress didnât ask if we wanted to refresh our drink. I also asked for horse radish but when the meat arrived they said sorry we donât have horse radish so had to get mushroom sauce which turned up very fast. Overall I be happy to return to Kellys but please improve on your service as the price we pay does warrant a better service. This is a hidden gem in the industrial area of Kirrawee. Has a cool little kids area with toys and a play kitchen to keep them entertained. Having been here numerous times now Iâve only been disappointed with the food once and that was the granola. For $15 it was tiny with limited fruit and not much yoghurt. All of the other meals Iâve had there though are top notch with slow cooked meats a specialty. I recommend this place highly!
