China House is a Vacaville long time restaurant. The interior design has not changed in probably 30 years and I like that. Service is great, food is fresh and tasty. This is the only place we go for Chinese food in town. Take out is a great value. We get several meals out of one take out meal with 3 entrees.

Umi Sushi is the best Japanese restaurant that we have tried in the area. And the lunch bento box was a bargain; 2 entrees for $10.50. I had tempura and tonkatsu while my wife had California roll and chicken katsu. The katsu were not oily and the tempura was crispy and also not oily. The vegetables were cut to the right thickness and cooked to perfection. The tempura sauce was very tasty as was the miso soup that was part of the bento. The salad was very fresh and the sesame dressing had the right tang. The melon and orange slices were sweet. Sapporo draft was $2. We plan to return soon. Glad we found the place.

We went here on the recommendation of several people. The service as very friendly but the food was so bland we will not be returning. No one in our family liked anything we chose ...and we chose our traditional favorites. Very disappointing.

Small Thai cafe with popular food. Two of us had Pad Thai one vegetarian the other with chicken. Both very good. We also tried the fresh rice paper shrimp rolls. Generous portion, great accompanying sauce. One in our party had the green curry with chicken which was delicious, I'm told. They also had a type of fried rice with peanuts. For dessert we shared sticky rice with mangoes and coconut Ice cream.

Yen King is absolutely my favorite restaurant ever! I have been going here for as long as I can remember, and it never ceases to amaze and delight me. The Lu family knows their way around the kitchen. My favorite dish is their Szechwan prawns, and their sesame beef is essentially crispy gooey candied meat....and it will change your life for the better. I can't think of a single time that I have ever turned down the opportunity to eat here. Even during my poor college years, I would dig through couch cushions to find enough money to get a lunch plate. They are closed on Monday's, so be prepared to be sad if you get a craving at the start of the work week. I can't say I've ever eaten anything here that wasn't top quality and tasty as hell.

Come by your local Noodles & Company at 1640 E. Monte Vista Ave., , Vacaville where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
I was hoping for Pho when we tried this for the first time. No pho on the menu but the menu has about eight different pasta and noodle dishes to choose from or you can make your own. I had the Korean Beef Noodles and they were ok, my wife had the Pad Thai noodles and they were better. There just isn't anything great or unique about this restaurant.

We go a little before the evening rush to avoid a wait. We try different dishes each time and have not been disappointed. The staff is efficient. Their beer and wine list is good. Taking friends next time to share more dishes. Easy parking. Good value.

We stopped at this little restaurant for lunch. It appears to be quite popular with the locals. The food was good, but the atmosphere was not very attractive or interesting. The restaurant was noisy. Customers were seated right next to each other. The restroom was very noticeable, and quite busy. Decorations were minimal. Itâs a good place for takeout.
