It is located 24 miles (39 km) northwest of Boston and, bordering on the city of Lowell, is part of the Greater Lowell metropolitan area. Went here for lunch - many reasonably priced options, though the chicken in both the pho and the kung pao chicken was EXTREMELY DRY, very very overcooked. I did love the soup that came with the lunch special, very fresh, bright. I don't understand why on one of their windows, "shabu shabu" is painted, when this is clearly not a shabu shabu restaurant - there are no open hot pots on the tables, no - this is not a shabu shabu place and we were very disappointed to realize that - "shabu shabu" should be taken off the window......on the menu is a hot pot soup that is out of this world expensive - hot pots are brought out to the tables rather than the ones in Chinatown where they're built into the tables and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Pho is not the centerpiece here, there are more dishes you typically see in a Chinese takeout place. Overall, I feel strongly that this is a restaurant catering to suburban sensibilities.

Always a great place for sushi and sashimi. Has been our go to spot since we moved into the area. Would recommend it for Japanese and Sushi. Allen is a great host and takes great pride in the restaurant. A good dinning experience. Get the sashimi. Never been let down yet.

When we travel we like to seek out independent small restaurants with good ethnic food that attracts the locals. Sichuan Palace certainly qualifies. Unfamiliar with the area, we looked for the location in daylight, in a small shopping center in central Chelmsford (almost next door to Madras Grill), and after receiving a hearty "thumbs up" from a patron, we decided to take a menu with us back to the hotel and peruse the possibilities (and there were many possibilities.) We finally decided to try the dry tea-smoked duck when we returned that evening; a plate entirely new to us. Listed as "two chilies" of hotness, we asked if it could be toned down to one, and the result was just the right amount of heat for our palates. The duck was tender and moist inside, with a crunchy, delicious skin. We enjoyed it with a bowl of white rice, and complimentary tea. Prices were very fair, servings generous, the setting neat, clean and comfortable, the service pleasant and efficient. Most patrons were local Asians, clearly enjoying their meals and conversations. We look forward to a return meal sometime soon.

Full menu, low price luncheon specials, good service. What a pleasant surprise this visit was!. Luncheon items under $9.00? Amazing! The quality of the food was very high, served quickly; great for a quick lunch during the week. Due to the warm décor, you forget you are in a strip mall. Check this place out.

Have been looking for a good Thai place around Lowell. There may be some I'm missing but I found this one and they deliver! Food arrived when it was supposed to, and great portion sizes! We ordered spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, they were HUGE, it comes with 2. We also ordered crab Rangoon, it came with 5 and was tasty! I'm not a huge CR fan. We ordered the Indonesian rice dish which my husband said was good and I ordered the mango curry. It was tasty. Lots of vegetables and mango along with chicken. Definitely on the spicier side! Sadly it didn't come with rice but luckily I live in an Asian house hold and there's always some around!

Lunch here recently was very good. The house special rice was plentiful and tasty. Beef teriyaki was tender, egg roll was crisp and fresh. The fried shrimp were huge and sweet and the sour chicken was yummy. Lots of parking and service was friendly. A very nice option

The place was packed for a Wednesday night. We started off with some drinks, a scorpion bowl for two and a Zipang sake. The sparking sake was reminiscent of a super sweet champagne. Too sweet for my liking, it was like drinking sugar soda water.For starters, we split the Thai lettuce wraps, salmon naruto rolls and horishi buns. The naruto left much to be desired but the other two were delicious!The chef gave us a sample of the Hot pepper tuna appetizer from the sushi bar. It was like a jalapeno popper, deep fried with cream cheese. We enjoyed it so much that we got an additional order to the sample we got.We didn't know what to order so we just watch the chef prepare maki rolls for other diners. Once we saw a few of his creations. Out favorite was the Crazy tuna roll with spicy tuna, crunch, avocado, pepper tuna and special sauce. We liked it so much we got two maki rolls! Price was a bit steep at $12.25 a roll.The chef used a blow torch to perfect the yellowtail jalapeno. The small slivers of jalapenos gave the sushi a nice kick.We probably should have stopped ordering rolls but we were intrigued. We continued on with the Mexican roll that featured shrimp tempura and soy sushi wrap in lieu of the traditional seaweed.Although the maki rolls were great, the Phad thai was sub par. Next time, I'll just stick to the rolls. The noodle dish was soggy and priced at $11.50 for the chicken version. I could get a better phad thai in Lowell for $7.95.We had a great time. (The 3 scorpion bowls may have contributed to that!) We were totally stuffed and could have used a little rolling out ourselves. Pricing was reasonable compared to other sushi joints nearby. Our bill came out to around $150.00 for the 3 of us.

This is my 1st review yet have been going to Pho for years. Work near by so, lunches mostly. The huge bowls of soup are fab. Hot, fresh fair priced. the service is wonderful. Iwe're there at least once a week. Thanks!! :)

A beautiful atmosphere in a family owned restaurant. We started with appetizers . The chicken wings were great, plump and juicy with a delicious sauce. Then fried calamari on a stick followed by Spicy crunchy crab Maki. Then the meal came out, roast duck on noodles while our friends has 20 pieces of sushi. We went back 2 days later and met the owner Peter who tends bar and directs the family. A beautiful well appointed bar with a lovely atmosphere. Next time I will have the grilled steak , or maybe the sea bass, or maybe the Pepper Pork Loin with Grilled Shishito Pepper . Cant wait!

I had a bowl with a strange name from the lunch menu. The name of the dish I could not find on the web. I suppose that it is Asian fusion. I am looking forward the having it again.
