We were traveling through Brandon and decided to stop at this new cafe. Turns out lots of local people were also there to try it out, too. The staff are still smoothing out the rough edges of opening, but they were very friendly and welcoming. I had a roast pork lunch. The veggies were better than the pork, I thought, but it was a good lunch. My wife got a tomato basil soup which she said was delicious and the grilled pimento cheese sandwich looked wonderful. Prices were reasonable and service was good. They are still working out the credit card glitches but that will all resolve eventually. The owner and employees are determined to have a successful cafe and we think they are sure to accomplish that. We'll be coming back when we're in Brandon.

I was staying at the Hampton Inn Flowood and decided to try Corner Bakery instead of the typical hotel breakfast fare. And Iâm so glad I did. My breakfast wrap was fresh tasting, delicious, and the seasoning was on point. Thanks Corner Bakery. I will keep this on my radar the next time Iâm in the area.
