I have been to Mable Murphy's twice while on business trips to the area. I really wish I lived closer. This throwback restaurant is a fun gem. The decor reminds of restaurants I have been to in England and Scotland. There is a nice bar area as well as a couple of dining rooms. The restaurant has a quiet and calm atmosphere. Our drink order was filled promptly. We chose to use the salad bar which was good. My wife ordered Walleye and really enjoyed it. I had Chicken Tetrazzini which was good but a tad bland. I was hoping for more flavor. Our server was friendly and nice. Desserts looked good but we passed this time around. Hope to visit again soon and sit outside in the nice weather.

My wife and i stopped here for lunch. We had been shopping and we were hungry. We were greeted quickly and seated. The waitress brought drinks and we ordered. It was a beautiful day and our conversation pasted time quickly. The food arrived, my wife had the chicken salad (grilled) and I had a 1/2 lb. burger with fries. The burger and fries were served hot and very tasty and my wife stated that her salad was fabulous. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms and a friendly staff made for a great dining experience. We will come again.

Socials had lots of interesting choices of beers on tap - fun and delicious! The homemade chips that come with sandwiches are awesome. Everyone at our large table seemed to love their food. Great spot!

A large space for families to gather. A simple menu with the usual grill food. They have televisions around the room as well as a poker table on request. Video games are available for those who wish. The luncheon offers a soup bar and the soup was wonderful. I could go back again.
