Reviewed By bobn656From the initial enquiry contact with Luis on reception to the moment we left this Hotel was simply excellent in every way. I could not find the missing star but it must have been there somewhere, probably enjoying the great spa, resteraunt or room. All faultless. The Hotel is definitely a 5 star experience and punching way above its 4 stars. The effort and thoughtfullness of every staff member should be what all hotels of this type and above should be aiming for. The very best we have received in a very long while. Andre was exceptional in the resteraunt. Nothing too much trouble and telepathic quality service. A skill. Food was of a high standard from a young chef with flair and a obvious passion and superbly presented. The wine list had some fantastic reds from Alentejio, we took a recommended one that was excellent. The superior room was large, modern, tasteful with great bathroom with double jacuzzi bath. Downstairs the spa and indoor pool facilities were great, Turkish steam room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and showers and loungers all great. Outdoor pool looks good too. The breakfast was a very complete hot or continental type, superb. Look no further. Exceptional Hotel and staff. Well done. Return assured.

All the building (rooms, corridors, etc) in a very poor shape. A building that is dilapidated and in a generally bad condition.

At first, the beds felt slightly uncomfortable because they are not as soft as they look, but it feels like the more time we spent on them, the more comfortable they got. In no time, we did not even want to leave. In fact, the room in general was perfect. It was airy, open and fresh but could also be dark and cosy. Breakfast was great too, there was practically everything one would expect to eat at home, so it felt comforting. And, the staff was incredibly kind and quick to help. No complaints there either. There really is nothing not to like!

The staff is very helpful and super friendly, the cleanliness is very good, the room was immaculate like the rest of the hotel. For our stay we had also opted for the hotel garage, which costs you 5 € per night, but it is more than worth it! Very nice guarded and especially clean garage. Breakfast is served according to the “Covid 19” rules, a problem for some, but for us it was normal. The only thing we can see as a negative point is the noise from traffic on the street, we had a room on the second floor, and we could hear the traffic very good, which can also be a negative point for many. We are pleased with the good service of the hotel staff, congratulations.

Reviewed By _SGLF08_We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a friends wedding and were given a room on the 5th floor. Amazing corner terrace views, massage shower with 10 jets and a comft bed. Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was varied. The pastry's were immense and the coffee was just right! Staff were very friendly and is located right in the centre, circa 4 min walk away. There is a local spar for shopping and lots of coffee shops/ amenities closeby. Leiria square is wonderful throughout the day and very affordable. Try the gelato at Fior di Latte and there is a barber just round the corner that serves beer, free pacman and affordable shaves!

The hostel is very clean and well located and offers a beautiful terrace to sit and enjoy meals and drinks as well as ample indoor space to use at your leisure and a room where you can truly relax and unwind Every precaution was taken in regards to covid 19 there was sanitiser and hygiene gel available throughout the hostel as well as up to date information The Location is great and was close to amazing cultural attractions as well as great places to eat and socialise however was not noisy like some of the other places in town There is a park directly opposite with a river passing through and is only a short walk (5 mins) from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Incarnation church which sits at the top of a hill with beautiful gardens and a breathtaking view of Leiria below Most art is most definetley a great example of a hostel who gets it right ! staff really care about the guests experience and this shows I cannot wait to return again in the future

Reviewed By jrludwigI was treated like royalty here at the Miramar. The owner was very attentive to my needs. They put my bicycle in the garage for safekeeping. Also very helpful with some cell phone issues. Very clean, modern room with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Cleaning service is very nice, rooms and bathrooms. Very well-endowed breakfast service, and an attentive staff service. Highly recommended, and prices are very fitting. Have gone there more than once and will most surely in the future again.

A taste of Portuguese hospitality…! All rooms with private bathroom and Breakfast included. Magnolia is a completely new house with 4 bedrooms, lovely decorated. It has:Swimming Pool, Snooker, Wireless Internet, Barbeque, Garage, TV room with DVD player, Games Room, 1 common Kitchen, etc…The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the middle of a pine forest. 5 Km from the center of Leiria. Right in the middle of Portugal It is the perfect location to plan day trips all around the country.

Porta 20 Boutique Guesthouse is located at the high area of the Leiria historic centre. It is a building from the 40s, totally recovered, with 15 rooms decorated with detail, each one equipped with privative bathroom, flat screen television with cable connection and an electric kettle. All the rooms have air conditioning system, and almost all also have a full equipped kitchenette. Personal cleaning products and towels are included. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the building and private parking is free, including chargers for electric vehicles (PE and PHEV). Due to the great location, Porta 20 guests can easily visit the city top picks by walking. The river valley, bordering Senhora da Encarnação, crosses all city. Born between the mountain and the sea, land of smells and flavors, from the green Sicó mountain to the rocky Aire e Candeeiros mountain ,from the rice sausage to Brisas do Liz pastry. It is a land of pinewoods and sea which is about 10 km of Fátima, land of miracles.

Reviewed By VaganorGreat place to stay when you are in Leiria. Room was very clean. Breakfast delivered on your door everyday consisting of a plain baguette, croissant and the traditional pastel de mats together with juice/milk and some sliced fruits. Good Wi-Fi.
