Reviewed By Turista-InglesaAn ancient building convertedcto a hotel. The room was good with an excellent bathroom. The hotel was lacking a good set of public rooms, so it felt a bit soulless. Staff very pleasant. No parking but free public carpark nearby. Easy to walk around town and visit the Palace and gardens.

Desayuno muy bueno, no muy grande pero con productos de toda variedad para poder empezar el día con energía. Cerca de todas las atracciones del lugar y justo enfrente de la Real Fábrica de Cristales! Muy recomendable, y más cuando abran el SPA!

BAD - WORSE - DEFENITELY THE WORST!

I write this only to be sure that people, who don't speak or read Spanish, will also get the full message of what already has been said here in Spanish, for we had exactly the same experience! Of all my life, this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, comparison price/quality! A DESASTER, 90 EUROS FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A DETERIORATED HOSTAL! The decoration is terrible, almost frightening, a mere example of bad taste. The bathroom is even worse, soap in tiny little sachets, the toilet either did not flush, or, once started, did not stop. The towels were transparent, totally worn out. A small bed in an even smaller room, the bedspread covered with cigarette stains and the smell in the room was terrible. Breakfast (if you can call it that), was served by a non-interested lady, who served us 2 slices of toast with a choice between butter (which was margarine), oil or marmelade. Being a diabetic, I asked for a slice of cheese, or ham, or...anything, but the rude answer was: NO!! So far for service! She did, however, offer us some orange juice, informing us, at the same time, with almost a satisfied grin on her face, that it came out of a bottle! Everything seemed to me a "Fawlty Tower" experience! I could go on, and on, but, by now, I hope you got my message! As we travelled with Spanish friends, there was no language problem and when they asked for another room, they were told that all rooms were the same, so,......... my advise is; if you are desperate for a hotel, late in the evening: YOU'LL PROBABLY BE BETTER OF AT THE SALVATION ARMY!

Reviewed By novelita13alors je sais pas si c'est parce que c'était en novembre mais je me suis retrouvé seule dans cette auberge et personne pour m'accueillir. j'ai téléphoné et attendu que quelqu'un vienne car il n'était pas sur place il ma ensuite donné les clef montrer mon dortoir et c'est tout. de plus le wifi ne passe pas du tout. (20 euros la nuit en dortoir) après il est bien placé dans la ville.
