Reviewed By Thomas CThis property comes under the category of you get what you pay for. The first room we were given was unacceptable. The refrigerator door had a broken gasket so it was useless. The bed had a cigarette hole in the bedspread. (Would anyone who cares put a bedspread on like that?). Overall the room was not nice. Our next room (215) was better. We had a good night sleep. It was quiet and although it could use a good renovation it was acceptable. The breakfast was better than expected. They had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you put into the microwave for a bit. I'd never had then before and didn't expect much but they were actually not bad. My conclusion is that I would not stay there again.

Reviewed By Sunshine367366this is the very worst place I have ever places stay at. the place needs to be demolished. The hallway looks like a hotel is a dump. I would never book this hotel again in life. I have stay at some Baymont around different state never had an issue with the property.

Pam was an absolute delight, and though it was our first time meeting her, she made us feel like relatives staying for a visit. She goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcomed. The facility was clean and very well furnished. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The muffins and cookies were delicious! The location of the Inn is very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend!

Reviewed By donnetta11233Poor customer service, no customer interaction, substandard repairs, no breakfast. Staff stayed locked behind glass, no eye contact. Overall, staff did not appear welcoming, no smiling, failed to explain room check in/out processes.

Horrible manners.
Reviewed By Amaury PThere are other choices. We are all too old to be treated like second class citizens. Asked to check out the next day 30 minutes after 11, and Some "lady" answered "NO", even though the hotel was practically empty. I DECIDED TO CANCEL, 3 minutes after, making the reservation, since I realized i couldn't make it work, by checking out at 11. The woman behind the counter screamed at us. People should understand that behind disrespectful to their customers is not acceptable. I will never go to that hotel again. There is no need to put up with that behavior. Two doors down the Quality Inn, has much friendlier employees. None of the drama.
