When I last visited for breakfast on a weekday morning, they were actually out of pancake syrup....There was quite a discussion between one of the servers and the owner about ordering. The owner was also engaged in a loud conversation about baseball with another patron. It was distracting, too loud and seemed to go on forever. The food was just average. There are better places for breakfast in Crown Point and I will not return.

My friend & I had been suggested by a few of the local store owners to try this place. I can tell you we were NOT disappointed! Charlene, the cook, the baker etc was very friendly & kind. The food is all made fresh daily, her homemade Italian cupcake was the freshest, mouth-watering, melt-in-your-mouth dessert (fyi: this cupcake is not always on her menu so try it when you can) also, she has cinnamon rolls that we were told were "out of this world, good"! Her chicken salad on a croissant & home made potato salad were amazing & very filling. She makes wedding cakes to order, other cakes to order, cookies, etc....Her menu also offers lattes & other café-style beverages. My husband & I are going there, (my 2nd time in a row), today for lunch. I highly recommend this place!
