They are trying to be a Chicago Sports Bar in Freeport. I must say the food was good, the place was clean and the service was good. For me all of the TV's (must have been 50 in a really small location) was distracting for me. If I was just sitting in the bar with a bunch of guys having a drink and/or a sandwich, it would be fine. But in the dining area where we were trying to have a nice evening with friends is was somewhat distracting. The games on the TV's became most of the conversation. The prices are a little higher for the Freeport area. You can get better Italian food for the same price or less at some of the Mom and Pop restaurants in town. I will come back but only when I am just with the guys.
When you don't feel like cooking or if you're in a rush, Little Caesars is the place to go. This is much better than the one Freeport had years ago. Even if they don't have what you want when you walk in, it's ready within minutes. My only complaint is I wish they cut the pizza better.

Manny's Pizza Provides Appetizers, Beverages, Mexican Food, Pizza and Salads to the Freeport, IL Area.
Full disclosure... I am in the 'hate it' category. However, I have many friends that do not agree with me at all. However. Manny's must be doing something right. It was originally started in a small town called Savanna. And people from all around the region would travel to Savanna just for it. So the company has opened stores in other locations, including this one here in Freeport. My friends absolutely rave about both the pizza and the tacos. But frankly, I din't get it. Th pizza comes out literally orange, and covered/dripping with grease. (Friends tell me to blot it off with napkins before eating.) The tacos also are very greasy, and bland tasting to me. BUT remember, I am in the 'hate it' category. So you might just have to try it for yourself.

Joe's Pizza, an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Freeport, Illinois, offers carryout, dine-in, and free pizza delivery within city limits. Choose from a variety of crusts, including extra thin, regular thin, thick, pan, and stuffed pan options,
This old girl could use a makeover. The building is in just seems crummy. I've never eaten inside the restaurant so that's not really something that bothers me at all.The pizza itself though Is pretty awesome. I ordered a 16" pepperoni and sausage, and a 14" Hawaiian. This was a Wednesday night and the pizzas were ready on 35 minutes. There was no one in the restaurant who didn't with there so I'll assume 90% of their business is carryout.Definitely good pizza though.

Pizza Huts new menu is really great. Many specialty pizzas and crusts to choose from and they often run great meal deals. The brownie dessert was ok but everything else tasted really good. We like the fact that the offer you nice take out plates/napkins.

I wanted something for my Keto and low FODMAP requirements - BINGO! Looked at Loganâs menu, found what I wanted (Black and Blue Steak Salad, called in my order with alterations (no onion, no crouton, and no dressing), and drove over to pick it up. The person taking the order was friendly, efficient, and read back my order to make sure it was correct. I had difficulty finding the restaurant as it sits back off the road - not unusual for me when I am in an unfamiliar place. Now to the salad: FABULOUS!! Steak cooked to perfection (medium rare), the description in their menu matched exactly what I had in the salad, everything was fresh, and LOTS OF EVERYTHING!! I have lunch for the next day. Highly recommend this establishment based upon this one purchase!!

Cannovaâs is one of the more popular restaurants in Freeport and it seems to be well-loved by many, but Iâm not in that group. Every time Iâve eaten here Iâve been disappointed. Cold food, pizza thatâs still doughy, poor service, etc. Not to mention it feels like theyâre packing people in like sardines. The last time I was here (which Iâm basing this review on) we arrived at 5:30 and were promptly seated. We waited for someone to come to our table. When our waitress arrives she took our drink ordered and listed the specials. She then informed us that they were already out of the all you can eat fish at 5:40 and they had just opened at 5. My food was ok, I tried the Italian beef which had good flavor, but was dry. The waitress never came back to fill our drinks, but the most disappointing part was when we received our bill. The waitress brought the bill and told us we could take it to the counter when we were ready. In all my times eating there Iâve never had to pay at the counter. So we ventured up to the counter (it was a group of 3, all paying separately) and had to wait for over 10 minutes for the other server to take care of her tableâs checks. We were confused as to he that server took the checks up for her tables, but we were made to pay at the counter.

great Italian Food great service, nice little boutique
It had been a long time since our last visit. The wonderful piano music filled the restaurant of Friday evening. Our salads were fresh and nice bread. The pasta dishes we ordered were very good and fullOf flavors. The wine list is limited- however we found A good red to accompany our pasta. Service was very good.

The sauce is awful. Way too sweet. Take a chapter from papa murphy's on how sauce should taste. The regular crust needs more oil or moisture. It's dry and cardboard like. The Alfredo was decent. Pizza was cheap and that makes it serviceable.
