Our food was good and service prompt. Stopped by while passing thru Valdosta. It was unique as they bring the food out to you without utensils. I liked the hot spicy shrimp meal and it was a fun experience.

Food was terrible. Shrimp were very small and tasted weird. Service was great and fast. The fried food like okra and hush puppies tasted as if they were fried twice or maybe left over and fried again to warm up. They were grease soaked. The rice was very hard. My wife had broiled shrimp and they tasted as if they were bad. First and last time eating here. Don’t waste your money.

Hip Hop Fish and Chicken

If you like greasy quick fish dinners you might enjoy this place. Then again... the fish and chicken are cooked in the same grease. it's done quickly and sometimes food is just underdone or borderline. usually it isn't drained well and pit right into a plate and wrapped up so it is soggy when you want crunchy. the hot sauce and coleslaw are put into individual containers and into a frigerstif they pull from with i'd guess a hundred or more. no labels no way to tell how old they one your eating is. but the slaw is bad it has horseradish base most people don't get it or toss it out. hot sauce tastes off as well. all the sea food is frozen sometimes it taste freezer burned. i've tried this place more than I should have and am always disappointed. ps if you are diabetic the sweet tea will put you straight into a coma.

Can’t remember the last time we ate at Red Lobster, now I remember why we don’t eat here. I had the pick two, Coconut Shrimp & Walt’s Shrimp with French fries & Clam Chowder that was very thin, tasted ok just not thick like chowder normally is It was $2.79 extra for the Chowder that I got instead of a side. The French Fries were cold & the shrimp were chewy. I tried 1 of each & that was it. Hubby had the Seaside Shrimp Trio. Again all his Shrimp tasted chewy. baked potato that was not cooked all the way. Also an extra charge on the Chowder, not sure why as we got that instead of a side. Best thing were the biscuits....$52.49 was a lot for biscuits...the quality of the food really has gone downhill. Our waitress didn't even ask why we did not eat our food. Just handed us the bill & walked away.Hi, Leeb63. We're sorry you were unsatisfied with your meal at our Valdosta restaurant and we'd like a chance to make it better. The Salty Snapper

We (3 couples) arrived at 620 and had a wait of probably 30 mins which there were several empty tables. After being seated, it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We constantly had to ask for refills, silverware, checking status of food. We called manager to our table to make him aware of the situation and he never came back to let us know the status of our food. One entree finally came out, then after another 20 mins, 3 of our entrees arrived, then 10 mins later, the lady 2 entrees finally arrived. After all this trouble, we asked to speak with the manager one more time to give him a start to finish idea since our arrival to the restaurant. Instead of sincerely apologizing, he unfortunately made excuses for how busy the weekend has been and simply offered a “discount” on our meals, when we should have had at least one entree removed from each of our bills. Unfortunately, I can say we will not be back for a repeat of the salty snapper.
