plusieurs passages dans cette brasserie depuis notre premier avis.Exemple cette semaine :1) andouillette 5A gratinée avec frites salade. Une tuerie2) brochette de boeuf avec frites salade. En fait 2 belles brochettes marinées super tendres.Aprés une petite entrée et ces plats copieux, on sort sur les genoux !!!!De plus l'accueil et le service est super.

This is a very charming restaurant where the ambient is more than a place for eat, i'ts in fact a place to live the typical regional life, where the staff handshake everyone coming inside and they are smiling all night even if they are hard working. So friendly.When we have finished our epic diner, they put on our table some regional wood games and told us how to play with to finish the evening with a little table party.The price is more than reasonable and I can understand why even booking a day in advance still difficult to find a table in this restaurant.

Dropped in for lunch and enjoyed well presented lunch sized dishes of traditional regional food with a classy touch. Seemed to be well enjoyed by the locals. English was not a problem although menu (as with most in this region) is all in French.

A good setting, and a good dining room. Friendly staff and an interesting menu, although I happily gave the ris de veau a miss for the very good cod dish.

This is a definite, for a fab French meal. Good and interesting table d'hôte menu of local produce prepared by William and Alexandra. Well presented and most enjoyable.Choice of three fixed price menus 18, 22 and 29⬠with excellent choices and combinations. Something of a challenge to locate even with satnav but find the church and you are there. No wifi. About an hour from the Tunnel. We have had two meals in this lovely restaurant one at mid-day and the other in the evening. Both meals were excellent with beautiful presentation and the service was faultless. You get what you pay for and this restaurant certainly provided value for money. We had our youngest grandson with us and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience of choosing his meal from a wide ranging menu. At lunch time the waiter advised us to chose from the La Bistronomie menu and we were glad that he did. It's not a massive choice but we all chose something different and weren't disappointed at all. In fact we were delighted with the meal - we could each have a small taster from the other two plates. The evening was just as good and we all decided on the 26 euro menu. Parking is very easy on the other side of the street in the Place de l'eglise and in summer there are outside tables. It's not a very big restaurant and we liked the intimate atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful - what more could one want for a pleasant lunch-time or evening meal in Hazebrouck.

Je recommande à 100%!Un accueil très "comme chez des amis" hyper sympathique. Une déco authentique. Une cuisine locale et savoureuse.Virginie est agréable, enthousiaste, souriante et soucieuse de votre bien être. Elle prend le temps de discuter avec ses convives.C'était une première visite pour nous et nous renviendrons trés bientôt c'est certain!

Une nouvelle proposition du chef ...du poisson! Câétait une interrogation que nous avions à chaque passage ...hé bien le chef à exaucer notre souhait.Un filet de rascasse très goûteux. C'était une fois de plus un repas excellent et comme dessert des profiteroles avec un chocolat africain bien prononcé comme nous avons jamais goûter.( Très loin de ceux servi habituellement dans les restaurants) Merci
