Très bon restaurant. Les plats sont bons pour des prix corrects. Seul bémol le temps passé à attendre ses plats. Curieux système les serveurs sâoccupent de tout le restaurant et nâont pas lâair dâavoir de zone précise. Au cours du repas vous serez servis par 3 ou 4 serveurs différents. Câest peut être cela qui explique le temps dâattente car il est long même à desservir. Dommage car tout aurait pu être parfait.

Les salles sont assez grandes, à peine bruyantes, mais il faut penser à réserver. Dans l'assiette, les quantités sont honnêtes et la qualité est là . La carte est restreinte mais c'est ce qui permet une cuisine du jour de qualité. Comptez 26⬠le soir pour le menu entrée-plat-dessert. C'est une valeur sûre.

we were part of a fairly large group, the restaurant was very light and airythe food was excellent and the service very efficient and with a smile, a good choice from the menu, the fluent english spoken by myriam helped those of us whose french is not as good as it should be. i would highly recomended this restaurantThank you so much for your message ! Un service aimable et souriant. Des galettes et des crêpes dâun excellent rapport qualité prix. Toutefois, le temps dâattente pour avoir sa galette et sa crêpe ( près de deux heures) est rédhibitoire et gâche tout. Quel dommage, pressés sâabstenir !!

Back in the region of Rennes, we had lunch at Le Bistronome which my brother highly recommended. We ordered the set menu consisting of an appetiser, a main and a dessert. Priced at 16 euros this is extremely great value. The food was very good, amply portioned and well presented. The restaurant features Cuisine de Saigon and the menu changes frequently. Highly recommended.

Un restaurant au calme, à proximité du cente des expositions et de l'aéroport. Disposition originale avec plusieurs petites salles en enfilade qui permettent une ambiance calme et chaleureuse. Très bonne cuisine traditionnelle. Je recommande vivement.

We really enjoyed the food at Le Congres, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, really chic and cosy and the staff were pleasant. Foodwise, the meat and sauces were delicious and the truffle mash was really exceptional.The restaurant has a nice atmosphere the only downside being that the music was too loud. Whilst we enjoyed the DJs choice of music, we were under a speaker and found it very hard to hear each other around our table of 5. We asked a few times for the music to be turned down but each time it seemed to creep back up to the same volume. In conclusion, I really reccomend this restaurant and will definitely be back, but we would have much preferred it if the music was a bit quieter.

We were left with very positive impressions following our discovery of this friendly restaurant tucked away towards the upper end of the main street in Rennes. The staff (a couple of young men) were friendly, chatty, and efficient. The food was not just good but full of surprises: my wife loved her lentil salad with duck hearts - not something she'd tried before - whilst I was blown away by my main course of veal with carrot puree, because the puree contained kaffir lime, and that really worked. Desserts too were imaginative, with the Rennes Brest a stand out. Great wines from a short but really interesting list. Of the many restaurants we've tried in Rennes, a city we return to regularly, this really left memories.
