My colleagues and I visited the restaurant and were amazed by the food and the service. The staff was extremely professional and keep the restaurant impeccable. They even wear gloves to keep everything clean. The food was HEAVENLY!! Everything is very fresh. I had salmon with a sweet potato and side salad. For a starter we ordered roti and coconut bread. For dessert I had rum cake. The food portions were very satisfying. The restaurant itself is very clean looking with white table clothes, white booths. But it also has a cozy feeling with floral arrangements and affirmations written in wood on the tables. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!

A colleague and I got away from our convention hotel to Ybor for lunch and had a nice lunch at Samurai Blue. The restaurant puts its warehouse space to good advantage, with some touches providing a Japanese sense without being too obvious. I thought the Hamachi slices with thin jalapeno slices was inventive and enjoyable. There was a good selection of sushi rolls and sashimi available.

Not many good ramen places in the Tampa area but I will say that this is one of the other better spots. The location is small and menu somewhat limited but the ramen was good and didn't take too long to be served.
