If you want something that is a little different ingredient-wise that has a creative flair, make your way over to The Bricks.This very casual, but clean, restaurant has a menu that covers all the basic food groups ... sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. Our hotel desk clerk recommended the Bird and Pig sandwich - by Gosh, it was awesome. My wife wanted something breakfasty so The Cure was just perfect. Look at their menu, you will see what I mean .... Go there and be adventureous.

I went later in day for a late lunch and they were busy (partly because there is not a lot of seating inside or out so be prepared to wait). Parking can also be difficult but it's to be expected for the area. I ordered my meal and when it came out it was missing the avocado (the waiter then said they were out) I explained I would have ordered something different had I known and management quickly and easily got me another dish (good customer service) . They were also out of steak and something else which I thought was odd to be out of 3 main ingredients. I ordered a rice bowl my husband ordered chicken tenders both were ok but nothing special. I had a shake which was good. Overall for me this restaurant just isn't worth the wait and is just an average place to eat.Hi! One visit should feature a selection of bold wines to help you taste the incomparable selection of cheese at Haven, followed by a small dessert and digestive. You won't have room, or appetite, for anything else.The second visit allows you to select small plates of well-considered dishes with flairs of creativity. Pork belly a little soggy for me. Eschew sweets for a couple of the cheeses for dessert. Went to Bern's to celebrate our 38th anniversary. Very disappointing. My wife and I ate there on our honeymoon 38 years ago. I was so impressed. Absolutely wonderful. Over the years, when traveling through Tampa, (over 3 Million airmiles) I would always find a way to take a client and a sales person to dinner at Bern's. Never a disappointment. Now I bring my most important client to dinner and not a single acknowledgement other than a casual "Happy Anniversary". Our steaks were fantastic and the wine was superb. But the overall dining experience was so much less than I expected. The wine cellar tour and kitchen tour were great. As they have been in the past, but for event to not be noticed was a real let down.John D, we are saddened to hear your experience did not meet your expectations for your Anniversary dinner, for we pride ourselves for excellence in both our service and cuisine and always want to acknowledge a special occasion. This review is for Largo location, across from Mall (didn't see address but I've reviewed them before). We eat here often cuz food is so good, but dadgum, they need more kitchen help! The BLTE bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg was superb, the banana foster french toast huge & delish, giant coffee etc. That busboy was on warp speed, he was great, as was our waitress (4got name, aaak). They seat asap, but gotta help the cooks. ;)

I like the ambiance of this restaurant. Itâs very good restaurant. The service is good and the food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken sandwich. Its cruncy on the outside and moist on the inside. They run a very professional place and employees are on point. Highly reccommend. A bit pricey but worth it.

There is a reason this place is rated so highly. It is delicious. Portions are HUGE! I had the Turkey and pork and both were delicious. My husband had the ribs and he loved them. He said the potato salad is now his all time favorite potato salad. The greens are spicy and also delicious. I dont think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. It's really quick service. They pull the meat out and chop it up as you order. Big Al was there and he is a super great guy to talk to. All the guys that were there were (4-27). It was a great time. We will definitely be back each and every single time we are in Tampa.

My family and visited fresh kitchen this weekend! We spent the day bike riding and cycled from water works to fresh kitchen for lunch! It was just the recharge we needed to continue our cycling journey to the finish line! The food was fresh and appetizing! I had the sweet potato noodles which has a subtle hint of sweet to my meal! I also enjoyed the lentil/beans, quinoa salad, the bbq and Thai chicken. The chicken has a spicy side to it but itâs yimmy! We will visit again!Thanks for stopping by! Have gone to Wrights Gourmet House many times. For Festive occasions we always order their Birthday Cakes. They are a constant request from the Birthday Boys. Luncheons have been planned for the ladies groups on a regular schedule. Their sandwiches are always a pleasure to serve, as you know they will be an enormous hit. Have been a regular customer for 24 years.
