Charley's has a somewhat upscale old-school steakhouse decor, with medium-sized rooms with booths plus tables. The highlight, however, is the wood-fired grill, which added wonderful flavor to our filets mignon. Meals include salad and cheesy bread, but not sides, so they can be a bit large. On our visit, my wife and I had eaten a late lunch, so we weren't super hungry, but we both enjoyed a small filet mignon, and I added some bacon lardons to my salad. We also had a nice Ferrari Carano cabernet with our meal. Overall, though, the service was very good, and the wood-fired grill made the filets very memorable. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Orlando!

This is my hubby favourite restaurant in Orlando so we went for his birthday, he was 60 when we were there.Our server came to take our drinks order and we ordered a lovely cool lager, she asked if we wanted to upgrade to the larger ones and we agreed, she brought back two small glasses ! We told her we asked for the larger ones and her reply was, 'when I asked SHE said no'. We told her it was ok and we'd just keep these as it was going to put her out getting them changed.Our meals came without a hiccup and were lovely and after the main course my husband asked for an Irish coffee. When she brought it over, the coffee was pouring over the rim of the glass and lying on the base. He asked for a napkin to mop up the mess and the sigh that came out of her was unbelievable. She brought a napkin over and tried to mop it up, but it still continued to pour over the rim. My husband was sitting wearing a brand new rugby England World Cup top and was concerned it was going to end up all over it. He suggested she took it away and started again, which she did saying she knows what she's doing, she's made hundreds and it wouldn't end up on his top! She took it away and brought another one, minus the cream on the top, she then gave him the cream in a separate container!!! He had to put his own fake cream in and the coffee was luke warm.This server's attitude was appalling and had put us off returning.

I must say that I have driven past this restaurant many times; but tonight, on a whim we decided to check out magical dining and I will tell you that I was pleasantly surprised. The service was on point; the quality of the food was fantastic especially the seafood gumbo and the cheesecake that they served us for desert. Can I get a what, what!!!!

Stopped in late for dinner and were immediately taken to a quiet table (as there was a good live band and busy bar) Our server Kevin and his team were outstanding. We shared the bone in rib eye which was delicious along with the truffle fries - excellent. But the best dish of the night was the octopus, very tasty and tender. This restaurant has a lot of oyster options. One person ordered the swordfish steak which had a somewhat thick coating and was fried. Another had the magical dining corvina with crab. This was a bit on the heavy side. Their desert of ooey gooey cake was an interesting take on pie and cake.

One of the best moderately priced restaurant options at Universal Orlando, this restaurant has great tasting food, good service and amazing views if you sit outside. Located on the bottom floor of the Sapphire Falls Resort, Amatista Cookhouse has modern takes on Caribbean cuisine along with American favorites. We did both dinner and breakfast with an amazing burger and rotisserie chicken for dinner and the breakfast buffet and fritters and breakfast time. You can expect a more relaxed pace of service so if you were rushing to get to the parks, you might want to let your server know. I know we will be back for the great food and views!

Staying in the hard rock hotel this place became an escape from the hustle and bustle of the resort and parksItâs a classic US steakhouse with a great choice of entrees particularly liked the maple bacon and scallops.Steaks were as good as you expect.Waiters were attentive and friendly. One even sang operaAll very well executedItâs not cheap and the dining room itself is what costs the 5 star rating. For such standard of food I would expect a more opulent feel to the main dining room. Well worth a visit though

I had the pleasure of taking my father out to dinner, who can be a little picky about the way his food is prepared. Our server Forrest was more than accommodating and was incredibly nice. We shared the Chateaubriand for two with the truffle butter on the side and it was out of this world! We stayed for nearly 3 hours that evening and had such a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for all occasions whether is it for a romantic evening, a family gathering, or simply just a random night when you just want phenomenal food.

We have visited here a couple of times. The food is always good. This was the first lunch time visit. I had the skirt steak sandwich with chimichurri sauce. It was done well and tasted great. The food is outstanding here and the manager is super nice and cuts our steaks himself. But a couple of times we have seen people with just t-shirts and shorts and even dogs. Yes, one time people were hiding dogs under the table. But other than that it is awesome here.
