Originally home to northern transplants and vacationers, the hundred year old city has grown into the fourth largest city in Pinellas County, the most densely-populated county in Florida. The city and surrounding areas are almost completely urbanized. Pinellas Park contains a substantial portion of the "Gateway" area of the county, targeted for future infrastructure, residential, and commercial development as it sits roughly in the middle of the Tampa Bay area's over two million people. Though technically land-locked, its borders lie only a few miles from Tampa Bay to the east, and Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. In April 2017, Delish and Esquire Magazines named Tikanis the best place for wings in the entire state of Florida. Their winds are fired first, then tossed in your choice of sauce, then flamed-broiled to give them their unique flavor. We ordered a dozen of their Sweet Thai Chili wings ($13, $7 for six) and they were greatâand a bit spicy as well. Their other sauces are: mild, medium, hot, Napalm, honey BBQ, Teriyaki, garlic parmesan, Jamaican jerk, lemon pepper, and blackened. The wings come with carrots, celery, and a choice of dipping sauces (ranch or blue cheese). I saw a newspaper article with the headline, âTake Off with a Jumbo-Jet Beer Flight.â The article went on to read, âThe $45 flight board includes 25 samples, equivalent of six pints; smaller flights are also available. Now that sounded like a challengeâunfortunately, I had my kids in tow, but now 25 samples on one flight board (at the very least) is on my bucket list. Our family ordered two pizzas, a medium 12â one-topping pizza ($12) and a large 16â one-topping pizza ($16.50). Now, when it comes to pizza, I love pizzaâit would be my last meal on earth, but I am not a connoisseur, by any means. To me, pizza is like sex; when itâs good, itâs good; but when itâs bad⦠itâs still good. My unique skill lies not in discerning flavor profiles or building exotic creations, rather gauging the value of pizzas, relative to their cost and quality. Basically, if you pay a premium price, you should get a premium pizza and the prices Tikanis charge for their pizzas, just doesnât add up to quality of pizza they serve. One of our pizzas had a small amount of toppings. Additionally, the dough for both pizzas were undercooked in the middle, but browned on the crust. Perhaps par-baking the dough will help it cook more evenly and through. Lastly, they dough was also very tough and chewy, most likely because they use a high protein flour in their dough. I wish I could give them a 2.5 rating, but will round up to 3, hoping they improve their pizzas. While I wouldnât come here for the pizzas, I would strongly recommend eating their wings and attempting to finish their jumbo-jet beer flight.Milack, thank you for your review and glad to hear that our Wings were great and you enjoyed our beer selection. It's a big, modern place with tall ceilings and a very open feel. There is a sushi bar and an area where you can watch them make your pizza. Outside seating is available. Large TV's surround the two rooms; plainly visible but high enough they are not intrusive if you want to ignore them.Service is good. Food is very good.Large menu.Popular with business groups and business travelers.

We weren't to happy with a visit a few months ago; so when we decided to go here this past weekend and got much better service and food I wanted to make note of the improvements that made this visit one of pleasure and a desire to go back. Candice made a lot of difference with her happy attitude and service with a smile. We brought our granddaughter and getting the little one something to eat is always a must to keep everyone happy :-) Candice made sure she got her food right away so grandma and grandpa could enjoy a brew. I observed a good team effort with service and the menu for kids was great. Thank you for the improvements; we'll be back!!

Good food, good service and fair prices, this place has it all. The menu has something for everyone for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This has become a regular on my breakfast stops, and am never disappointed. I also had the grilled salmon wrap for dinner and it was great. There is also a second room with a full bar, so plenty of room for all. Servers are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. Definitely worth a try!

This place is good for basic bar food... wings, burgers and such. Even has excellent salads with buffalo chicken. But tonight's ribs missed their mark. Rubbery and tough to eat. But we started with naked buffalo shrimp trying to be healthier but they are not good like that. Stick to them fried. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious but served so cold I could barely get the fok thru it. Order it early and let it sit out ile you finish your meal. What really gets me about this chain is that the owner thinks this uniform is still OK with all the sexual harrassment suits going on. At least put them in boy shorts, not thongs. It's a little awkward for families to come in. Also this building really needs a makeover. Roof makes it look abandoned and bathrooms are depressing.Thank you for your concern. We are working on all of the above and hope you will come back soon and see a refreshing side of Winghouse

My wife and I stopped by here for dinner recently while shopping in the area. There appeared to be sufficient off-street parking and the place was average as far as being clean and well-maintained. (With peanut shells/dust all over the floor and tables, it is tough to say it is a clean place!) There was a long wait despite the staff stating we would be seated shortly. There is a rowdy bar atmosphere throughout the place so don't come here if you would like to have a conversation with anyone in your party. (I kept asking the waitress to repeat what she said because I couldn't understand what she said and she just started talking to my wife like I wasn't there. I never did understand anything the waitress said during our entire visit.) The food overall ranged from good to very good and our server was attentive. They had 2 for 1 cocktails on the night we came so my wife was surprised to get two drinks for her one order (the server did not tell her this would happen and this was our first time at this establishment). My wife says we will likely come back again in future however, despite the food being pretty good overall I am not in a rush to return. I still have a headache from the loud atmosphere and I like to be able to talk to others without shouting.

Stopped by here recently for dinner while visiting the area. The service was friendly but hit and miss. (We had to keep asking for items that our server kept forgetting to bring and she seemed to waste a lot of time just walking back and forth between the tables and bar without doing anything.) My pork tenderloin sandwich was very good and my wife said her mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent. However, her meatloaf was dried out and terrible. While I don't expect gourmet iced tea, mine tasted like it was from an instant mix and had been sitting for some time. It appears to be a locals place with various activities going on each evening that many regularly attend. (They had a trivia contest going on during our visit.) Depending on what you order, you may think this place is great or just 'ok'. I can't recommend it based on our one visit. However, I will give it a try again in the future to see if we have a different experience.

A friend and I went there on our way to an Red Green Show at the Palladium nearby. I had never been but he had. I consider myself a burger expert and they had an expertly prepared burger and most excellent fries. The atmosphere is amazing. Car nutz, be prepared to stay awhile, it's like an automotive museum with all sorts of interesting displays and memorabilia. There's a great outside dining area too where I assume your puppy can join you. The menu is very diverse for all kinds of appetites and tastes. The place is spotless. Restrooms are too. The service is excellent but mostly, it's about cars, motorcycles and food. You gotta go at least once just to see it.

They are famous for their pizza, so I highly recommend it. Their other food is very good too, including the wonderful Pazooki (cookie cake with ice cream on top) dessert. The service is great. This is a pretty casual dining place with lots of TV's on for whatever game or sport is on at the time. A little pricey, but worth it.

Long time residents of the county, and we had never visited this cafe. We will be regulars here from now on. Zena, our server, was delightful. Her personality put her in an elite category of waitress. The lunch specials here are amazing. We only ate half of our tasty meals, and the bill was less than $23. Try the Potato Soup.
