Dette var ikke en typisk varehus kafe. Her fikk vi noen gedigne sandwicher ledsaget av et glass god vin. Kan absolutt anbefales som lunsjsted.

In December, almost all restaurants in Norway prefers to serve the traditional Christmas buffet.This menu is ok once in a week, but not every day during a business trip!Thus, here at Strom Mat & Bar they offer alternatives and their entrecote accompanied with a Bordeaux St. Emilion Grand Cru 2012; Chateau de la Cour (at a reasonable price - to be in Norway!) Waiting to be served the main dish we were offered local bread from 'Harmoni HÃ¥ndverksbakeri AS' (Porsgrunn) - really cruncy, tasty, excellent together with a cheese (sorry, forgot the name).We really enjoyed it! Not to mention the nice view over the lake directly outside their windows. As we were blessed with a snowfall during our dinner increased the feeling of 'value for money'!We'll be back!The story is now spread across Europe!

Had an excellent 4cours meal,with just the right wines to each meal. The staff were welcoming,friendly and with a lot of knowledge about food and wine.Cozy atmosphere. It was really fanstastic experience. The location is just along the ocean. During the afternoon the beautiful sunshine is lighting the restaurant. You can get a Beautiful view out of the window.Decoration is amazing. I like the old bicycle right in the left corner on the upstairs. Washing room is very clean. The food is delicious. I ordered Moules . It taste really good and l like the soup so much. This is a restaurant that I would definitely come again.
