Walking along the river promenade we found thisThai restaurant situated with a panoroma view. Entering we discovered an elegant interior (look at the lamps!) and were welcomed by a charming (Lithuanian) waitress. My nephew and I ordered fish soup and this was one of the best fish soups ever! Full of giant prawns with red onions, shallot onions, lime and several delicate spices that brought out the flavour perfectly. The soup was hot and served with boiled rice - a good combination. Due to car parking limitations we didn't have time for coffee but our visit certainly gave us a taste for more. What made our meal extra enjoyable was the friendly and professional waitress and the stylish interior. I have one comment on tables and seating: the single tables are very tightly packed together so there is not much room to get past neighbouring tables. I am glad we had no-one sitting next to us. Prices were very reasonable: NOK 149 for delicious fish soup (Tom Yum Kung)

Good stop if you're in a hurry and need to have a meal on the run without compromising on the quality. A little more expensive than other fast food joints, but also more tasty. You just have to pick your ingredients, wait a couple of minutes while it is prepared and it is very nice. You can eat there, but the main concept is take away. The staff is great.
