This is a large private compound catering to families. I had called villa tricana around 11AM to preorder so that I could do lunch within an hour, given I had a meeting in an hour and a half. We were 4. When we arrived, our table was set, the food took no longer than 10 minutes to be served, and we could enjoy a good meal and attend our meeting on time. All around a very pleasant experience, unlike that which I had at Acasamia, because of Eric, the manager with no service mindset, who did not excuse himself after having changed my reservation table to another one even when I had made the reservation 2 weeks prior to the date, and even refusing to provide a seat to an additional invitee when there were 3 tables of 2 that were empty for the rest of the evening. I will never go back to Acasamia. Villa Tricana was excellent in terms of food and service and atmosphere. They know what service is about.Thank you a million for your opinion.Do not hesitate to come back!
