Authentic Peruvian and American Cuisine in Longmont, Colorado. Proudly the only Peruvian restaurant in Boulder County! Rosario's Restaurant is family-owned and our menu is designed to blend the traditional Peruvian cuisine with classic American favorites.
Wow. While recently visiting Longmont, we found this place after doing a simple search on Google. My husband and I decided to try it for a late lunch. The spot is almost hidden in a small strip mall area, and fairly small. The environment was comfortable and decorated tastefully. At almost 3, it was almost full with people dining alone, a couple large families, and a pair of friends catching up. There was only one waitress at that time, but she hustled and took care of everyone, while making each table feel all attention was on them. She was super friendly and helpful. And the food... OMG. Each bite was delicious, and so flavorful it was hard not to embarrass ourselves from moans of pleasure. My husband tried one of the tour plates, I had a chicken breast with a jalapeño cream sauce, and a small salad type side that I thought would be simple and boring, but was just as good as the main dish. We also had the crab appetizer and loved it. The prices were truly reasonable. I was full, but got a mango cheesecake slice to go which was a delicious treat before bed that night. We will be returning to the area next year, and I guarantee this will be at the top of our list to go to again.

Saw an advertisement in a local food flyer. The descriptions were interesting and we went to see what the food was like. We got to the restaurant shortly after 5 PM and the place was crowded. We only waited a short time to be seated. The ambience was certainly aimed at a young crowd even though there were some families it was so loud that you could not hear the person across the table or more importantly the waitress. Food was quirky and mostly good. The sweetness of the squashacado taco was not to our liking but that is a personal perception. I would consider going back for the food but I would only go if the place was quieter.

Tacos Al Molcajete Provides Mexican Food to the Colorado Area.
The tacos here are perfect and there is a great salsa bar that is extremely fresh. This place is pretty under the radar...the sign is small and hard to spot. Prices are low and you can get stuff like Huaraches and Sopes. No beer, but that makes it even cheaper. Closed on Tuesdays. Breakfast burritos are under $3. Some of best Lengua in town.
This place has a very "strip mall" look from the outside but don't let that put you off. The food is really good and at good prices. We had chicken tacos supreme and they were delicious. Will definitely go back.
