This restaurant is situated in the restored Customs House Building. It is full of ambience and the staff are efficient and professional. The food is amongst the best Iâve ever eaten and I consider myself a globe trotting gourmet. I thought that the best octopus in the world was the dish I sampled in Santorini but I was wrong, the double cooked octopus here simply canât be beaten. We also had the lamb shoulder prepared in a way that Iâve experienced before. Slow cooked for 12 hours then combined with cheese peppers tomato, herbs and seasoning then wrapped first in parchment and then in clay before being baked in the oven. The spinach and chicory was remarkable. Even though I live in Melbourne, I wonât be able to live without this restaurant and will return again and again. Bravo!

Attractive building with rustic decor with a real Italian feel and vibe. Charming and well informed young waiter who took us through the food and wine menus. Excellent meal.

What a great find. Driving through stopped at two sugars for lunch. The rosemary and garlic pizza fantastic. Topped with additionsl cheese. Milkshakes just right. Great atmosphere. Attentive staff. Will be back to this italian spot for sure. The menu was extensive.

Our first time since the major renovations have been completed and we were pleasantly surprised, added to this the view over the bay is priceless!A chilly morning we sat in the full glass dining room and enjoyed the warming sun which made a very enjoyable breakfast.The menu is fairly comprehensive and will suit all types of dietary needs.Torn between the vanilla rice and the pancakes I took the advice of the waitress and went with the pancakes. Banana, Nutella and cream - 2 light pancakes but a big serve. We also chose the Jack Sparrow, savoury mince, spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce served on sour dough toast. Very tasty and filling.Definitely recommend a visit and a return will be a must!

Had dinner here staff very friendly and great service.We had a wonderful meal here the Linguine Mare Monti and Gnocchi AlnRagu, finish with wonderful dessert the whole meal was wonderful.The atmosphere was very nice lovely big windows so had a lovely out look.
