Located above a working petrol station, with its own access to the side of the cash desk or from the street. a small underground car park at extra cost is available and street parking outside. It is hard to describe the eccentricity and very thoughtful design, the owner is a motor enthusiast and the décor is bright, clean and follows the theme with a motorbike on the wall of the stairs and a petrol pump on the landing. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. there is a very small pool on the roof with sun loungers overlooking the canopy of the station below, the canopy has been landscaped to to provide a lovely garden view. Breakfast is provided in an eating area just off the gas station reception; every effort had been made to ensure I had an enjoyable gluten free breakfast. There is no restaurant but I was recommended to the local pizzeria, Pizza Pizza, where I had the best GF pizza I have ever eaten, discount given as I was from Resotel. The hotel is a very short drive from Salamanca and a minute or two from the autuoroute by car. Highly recommend.

Leave your care free parked in front of hotel, you will always find one if you can wait. Hotel receptionist Leave at 8PM, but you can reach them incase of emergency. Hotel furnishings is not a top dollar items but decorated with lots love and care. Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast weaknesses in the premaid egss, and the type of coffee beans, but they compensate that by other rich items available on buffe display. While in Zamora be aware to space your meals acordingly because restaurants open their kitchen at 7 PM. Special attention received by staff like sweet Patricia make our trip memorable. C U AROUND

2 night stay in a room overlooking the square
Reviewed By Boggle75The location of this property is excellent - rooms overlooking the Playa Mayor. Really stunning and makes this location. Rooms are adequate - comfortable beds and decent wardrobes / storage. Aircon worked well. Rooms - despite being on the square - weren't at all noisey when doors shut. Could be improved: not sure why there is a desk in the room for that location, would be better to replace that with comfortable seating to drink in the square view. Personal preference. On the whole this is a very memorable place to stay 1-2 nights. No facilities on site - but the square is full of restaurants, cafes and bars. Would happily return.

Reviewed By I9191OJchrismVery nice little hotel. Rooms very cool with modern feel. Bed very comfortable, bathroom modern and sleek. Right by the main square in Burgos. There was also a small restaurant/cafe downstairs with good tapas. I would definitely come back if staying in Burgos.

Reviewed By EmeraldIsle1703Huge room and huge bed with great character, the bathroom was lovely too! We had a balcony on the Delegación de Haciendas, lovely building. The hotel is located in a great part, close to Plaza Mayor but in a quiet area. 3 buses leave from just in front of the hotel to go to Acuaducto. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. We recommend this place to stay!

Doña Urraca is a boutique pension located on the first floor of a traditional building in the old town of Burgos. After passing through its old portal and going up the stairs to the 1st floor, you will find this establishment, which offers elegant rooms decorated with personalized style. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. They also have a flat-screen TV, a safe and free Wi-Fi. It is next to the Church of San Gil. Excellent stopover
Reviewed By Jayne PWe had the pleasure of staying at this lovely little hotel on our way from Portugal to the ferry at Bilbao. After an 8hr drive it is was just what we needed. With the current Coronavirus situation we deliberately wanted to avoid a large busy hotel and also to wanted to support a small independent business. A warm welcome with a glass of sangria awaited us, our room was warm and spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. We had a really nice 3 course dinner with an option of pork or fish and a bottle of excellent local red wine, unbelievably priced at 10€ each and 3€ for the wine Incredible value !!! A big bonus for us is that the hotel is dog friendly, they even allowed us to bring our dog into the dining room while we ate, something that has never happened at any other Spanish hotel we have stayed in. Another big plus is that they have their own car park. Our hosts didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish but we managed to communicate. Sadly we had to leave very early the next morning so didn’t have breakfast. Overall it was a great stay at an excellent price, highly recommended.

You can see the Aqueduct from the apartment (About 5 mins away) and the palace is about 15 - 20 minutes walk. If travelling by car or motorcycle the secure parking at 10 Euros per night in good value. No need to worry about finding the parking, as reception walked over and guided me into the parking area. Reception was so helpful in explaining where and how to get to the attraction in the town and surrounding area. If you wish you can walk around the town past the Aqueduct, the palace and the river in about 2 hours. Lots to do in the area. Will visit again and use this apartment. If looking for fruit and veg, go to the little veg shop just up the Main Street. Don't use the supermarket a little further up, as its expensive and the quality is not that good

El hostal cuenta con salón con TV en la planta baja y cocina compartida con nevera y utensilios para poder compartir experiencias con otros clientes y peregrinos, ya que nos encontramos en pleno Camino de Santiago. ¡Le esperamos!

Reviewed By Aronnax150The location and the price simply could not be better. We were just steps away from the cathedral in the heart of the historic center. The hotel fronts on a narrow pedestrian way so there is no traffic noise at all. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are all quite friendly. The only weak point was the breakfast they offered at 3 euros each but it is hardly worth mentioning. This is not a fancy hotel by any means but it is comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone who would rather spend their money on good food and good wine instead of pricey hotel rooms.
