Reviewed By Rudy TI tried to book 2 rooms in February, for a 1 night stay, mid week in August 2019. I called 3 times. Once got voicemail and left all pertinent info, no call back. Called again, got bartender who said she would give info to hotel manager. No call back. Called a third time and spoke to bartender again. Told her that I needed conformation to ensure that we had a place to stay during our trip. She said she forwarded info, but would follow up when she saw manager a little later. No call back. With that kind of service, imagine how they would respond to your needs as a paying guest?

Maple Grove carriage house
Reviewed By Maria RMy husband and I stayed in the carriage house for the weekend of memorial day. It was a beautiful open space with a huge kitchen dining and living room area, the bedroom was very pretty and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was black fly season so we really didn't use the porch but that was nice and private. We also got a tour of the big house and it was spectacular. It can sleep 14 and there is PLENTY of room for everyone to have their own space. In both places there was also a washer and dryer if needed. Great place, would go back again for sure!!!

A wonderful B&B on the Saint Lawrence River
Reviewed By oldbones46We stayed at the General's Mansion in Cape Vincent NY for three nights in June. It is a wonderful place to relax. The house is about 100 years old, beautifully maintained with a number of interesting rooms. You have complete run of the house. The hosts, Dan and Joan are the most hospitable owners we have encountered in our B&B travels. Breakfast can be almost whatever you want, and they make bread that is fantastic. Cape Vincent is a small town, located at the end of the ferry line from Kingston Ontario. It is on the St. Lawrence river, and is very quiet. If you want to relax in a quiet location, Cape Vincent is a great place to be.

Reviewed By Louis DRented a small mini suite on the dock also had its own deck area outside to the port. The rooms were okay nothing fancy and the beds were also not the greatest but considering it's a motel and not a hotel it wasn't that bad . Had some issues with the air conditioning and they fixed it. The whole area around was nice and friendly. For the money not a bad place. Recommend.
