In the middle of the fast food-pizza-fashion tapas in Cala ratjada exists a place where you can eat real mediterranean fresh food. Great fish and good people!

Cala Ratjada is very touristy but this place is set away from the main drag so seemed more authentic. Good paella (not amazing compared to Valencia restaurants but very good for the island), fresh calamari, powerful aioli and a huge fresh salad - one of the better meals we've had in Mallorca. Very efficient and friendly waiter who coped well with our rubbish Spanish.Sherman, we are very glad you appreciate the quality we are trying give our guest and you enjoy your visit!!I'm sure you and our waiter improve the language : )))best greetings!

A smart looking restaurant on the Cala Ratjada prom. We'd seen branded Traumeria vehicles in town and neighbouring resorts too, and had hoped the eating experience would live up to the brand image. Menus were in German, not a problem for me as I can speak and read it, but this is not the case for everyone. We were told, in German, they did not have any menus in English. We ordered Tapas, but it was just oven ready food with sauce from a jar. Unfriendly staff. Lacking atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Had dinner with mum,we are Italian(that mean we care a lot about good food).We tried many different place before and we defiantly advise Oloeâs restaurant,family busyness since 40 years.5 minuts inside from the sea area.This is the real Spanish food we were looking for.unbelievable seafood paella,super good dessert and of course real family environment.We defiantly back in the next two day before leave Mallorca.

The Balearic restaurant in the Park Hyatt is in a great setting with a large terrace to enjoy outside eating. We didn't go by the excellent menu as we were a large group but asked for a selection of tapas. We had steady stream of croquettes, Iberico ham, etc to keep us going before seafood Paella (prepared by a Valencian Chef) which had fabulously tasting rice. The wine list is excellent and the Muga Rosé seemed to be the favourite wine in the cooling evening air on the terrace. We did manage to find room for a late breakfast the following day in the same restaurant. The breakfast is extensive and again - excellent quality with the usual Northern European choices of eggs and bacon but the cheeses, ham, fruit, tortilla were far to tempting to be ignored.Dear MalcomM1947,We would like to thank you for taking the time of writing a nice review. We had lunch here and were rather disappointed. The food wasnât terrible but one could have expected more for the prices they charged. For instance, their seafood pasta was dry (little to no sauce) and the pasta they used also wasnât restaurant grade. I had their chicken dish. Not a disaster but it also lacked flavor, plus too little sauce. We felt this place was more of a tourist trap. 100% Germans at this place.Nice location right by the water.

Food is fresh and tasty. Beach front location with chilled vibes but.... Pretty rushed around lunchtime as the local mafia is coming to eat. Service is fast but not overly friendly to ânormal â people.Toilet needs a new touch desperately. The waiter was not able to decide if we can get a table without the boss? Weird. But again if you look for tasty bits youâll probably wonât regret to stop by.

Restaurant is just average: no great location, no great atmosphere, no great food. After reading all outstanding reviews on the paella, I really wanted to give it a try but got disappointed as it was below my expectations. It was quite oily and salty and did not feel it was the highest quality and taste. The salad was with too much dressing, nearly swimming in dressing - probably how the German like it (as 80% of Clients are German-speaking). However the prices are reasonable. The staff was really nice.

We read the reviews and were encouraged to visit but we were disappointed. German run, you will be greeted and addressed in German... probably the rule in the area but very friendly if you happen to NOT be from a German speaking country. Anyway, food is ok but not great. Our paella with meat came with chicken only, no sausage, no nothing and honestly the chicken was over cooked, so not good. Were charged for 3 beers instead of 2. Not a cheap restaurant, at least not good value for money. Maybe try some other place instead!
