Iâve been traveling for work so my time with family and friends have dipped a bit. I wanted to take my spouse out to a nice dinner upon my return so we came here because we both wanted steak. It was a busy night but not busy enough for us to have to wait for a seat. We did, though, have to wait a bit for our waitress. When she finally arrived, it started off great. That ended once we were asked for our food orders. She asked us and we were placing our orders but her focus was with another table. In fact, while I was speaking (mid sentence!) and she was watching the other table, she stopped another employee and referenced something for her to go check on. She then asked that I repeat myself. So I did. Three times. Anyways, we sat there and talked, drank, watched the employees dance, etc. Our food came out and it was the opposite of everything I had said. For example, I asked for well done...got medium. I asked for grilled onions but no mushrooms...got mushrooms but no onions. And so on. Not that me no longer eating there is going to break their bank but that was my first and last time.

We had a Groupon and decided to try Logans. We had an early dinner. Great service. I had ribs, salad and kettle chips. Hubby had wings, French dip and fries. My salad had some lettuce turning color but otherwise ok. The ribs were ok, not great. The kettle chips were good. My husband said the wings were ok and the sandwich was just ok. Our waitress was very attentive. We were glad we had a Groupon.

Looking for mediocre food, small portions and table top terminal service, all designed to make dining out more disappointing than ever. Well you found it. I am not a total food snob, but portion size was less than half of what you EXPECT from Outback Steakhouse. We did not mind the small portions since the food was the worst we have ever had at any Outback, including previous visits to this location.The worst part was the electronic terminal on each table as both a flashing commercial and an order and pay system. I took the survey, and 2 mins after I answered the question of whether a manager came by, there she was. Clearly the system notified her. I felt sorry for her.We hate that we disappointed you.
