Went to this restaurant for the first time for dinner with colleagues and I was absolutely delighted with the char grilled rack of lamb I received. It was very simple, 3 x 3 hops, plus chips and coleslaw, but it was cooked to perfection and so tasty. I had a couple of glasses of a very good Malbec from Argentine and rounded the meal off with a delicious parfait. I loved it and am planning to return with friends very soon.

We came for dinner after the gay pride parade activities finished. I had the steak tartare and the Chateaubriand. Both were exceptional and good value for money. Good choices of sauces served with the steak. The gentleman that served us was friendly and attentive. Also the bathroom was so clean and beautiful with candles lit and a choice of hand creams... such a nice touch. Will definitely return.

My wife found this restaurant and we gave it a try. Wow, were we impressed. We arrived about 6:30 and did not have a reservation, but we were seated right away by the window!! Our waitress, Sien, was excellent in every way. We started with beer and I chose the Argentine, Quiello. It was excellent and came with a lime. The bread was delicious and was served with aioli and a sauce of onions, peppers and paprika. Awesome!! For our steak we chose the Tomahawk, a huge steak, over 32 ounces and almost 2 inches thick. It comes with the rib bone attached, thus the name Tomahawk!! The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We ordered for sides the baked potato and mushroom kabobs. The owner came to our table and cut the first few bites of steak for us. We love Mi Sueño!!

Steaks are not bad but with quite a lot of waiting time. For this reason, or not, the waiters pushed expensive drinks and starters making it difficult to order just one main course and be left alone.

We visited this restaurant while on a break in Amstelveen.The starters were excellent, chorizos, gambas and carpaccio. The cocktails, expensive, but good. Nice Malbec. We were looking forward to our steaks.Ordered RibEye, al punto, medium rare. They arrived un-seasoned and over cooked. "There's salt on the table" the waitress told us. Then argued when we said the steak was over cooked. Eventually she took it away to replace, and assured us they seasoned the steak before cooking. They don't. When the steaks eventually returned, medium rare, she pointed out that in Amsterdam we should ask in future to have our steaks like that to be cooked "very, very rare"!! They were not seasoned either. It wad lucky we had salt on the table after all.Overall we arrived with apprehension, had our expectations raised by a great starter only to be deflated with the poor handling of such a great piece of meat. "Hasta pronto" the owner called as we left. "Yo creo no, lo siento."
