Just being there in villanueva de los infantes and eat in a terrace in plaza mayor you feel youâre in another time. Food was great, we had the bacalao and a lamb plate, it was delicious.

Situado en la Plaza Mayor, goza de una extraordinaria ubicación para hacer un alto en el camino mientras se visita el casco histórico. El local es muy bonito, decorado con gusto y bien mantenido. El personal es bastante bueno, con camareros amables y serviciales. Digamos que éste es un sitio elegante (no especialmente caro) y los camareros están a la altura. El restaurante tiene la especialidad en las carnes: chuletas, secreto, pluma...Son platos de calidad y con cantidad suficiente. En cuanto al precio, normal-alto. ⢠Precio medio por persona: 20-25â¬

Muy buen restaurante situado al lado de la Plaza Mayor. Nosotros fuimos con la familia a comer entre semana y tenÃan menú del dÃa a 10⬠(incluye 1º y 2º plato, pan, bebida y postre) y estuvo bastante bien. TenÃan variedad para elegir los primeros y los segundos, los platos eran suculentos en cantidad y con buen sabor. Salimos muy satisfechos del servicio y de la comida. Un sitio con una excelente relación calidad/precio.

Pedimos 2 menús para adultos y para los niños 2 medios. La variedad del menú, cantidad y calidad de los platos está muy bien. El servicio muy agradable y el local muy acogedor. Como en casa.

It looked nice from the outside. A good name, a bright pink bar and a more sober dining room but sort of friendly and twinkling.The welcome was good and the first attention was speedy. Things on the menu looked interesting but we had a bit of trouble with the order - this was off, that used the same basic ingredients etc. We finally ordered a few interesting looking things though. The food was served quickly and in a sensible order. The sliced, fried, cheesy aubergine was ok but a bit tasteless. The partridge salad was very greasy and most of the ingredients were from cans. The migas, fried breadcrumbs with bits of meat, were fine but the prawn stuffed peppers were a bit chemically and sort of flabby. The chocolate pudding and the spongy fried milk were good. Coffee was good too. Just 57⬠including a couple of drinks so not expensive.
