Enjoyed a delicious lunch. Our nephew was home for Thanksgiving and wanted to eat at one of his favorite restaurants. Since we are new to Sushi restaurants, we followed their suggestions. We enjoyed dumplings, shumai, rock shrimp which a delicious sauce, and edamame which were grilled with a soy sauce and sea salt - delicious. We then moved onto crab rolls and shrimp tempura. For entrees we had salmon and steak cooked on a piping hot granite stone. Both served with rice and vegetables. Such a feast with so many flavors to delight us ! We will definitely return to enjoy dinner at the restaurant. The décor is beautiful and casual.

First time here, well-recommended by friends. Aria our server was welcoming, polite, professional, and patient. The salad was all fresh greens and the chicken was grilled just right. Once a couple of boisterous after-work tech guys left the bar, the noise level subsided somewhat and they are working on reducing the overall noise level which I suspect is from the brick wall facing; it was mostly couples like us just having a nice dinner. We will go here again.

This place belongs in the Restaurant Hall of Fame... so good, always!Tonight house salad with creamy peppercorn, light clam chower, shrimp cocktail, baked stuffed shrimp... perfectly prepared. Awesome service from Serge. Parking is pretty easy too.

Minado provides an amazing variety of sushi, seafood and shellfish in its buffet restaurant. They have dozens of kinds of sushi rolls, sashimi, yakitori of all kinds (shrimp, squid, teriyaki chicken) as well as roasted and deep fried whole fish like pollock or haddock, a whole Chilean sea bass and an entire array of salads with seaweed, eggplant, asparagus, lettuce and kimchi and mixed salads of all kinds.They also have and entire dumpling area with shrimp, crab, and pork dumplings and a while shellfish area with crab, clams, mussels, shrimp and many other types of cold and warm shellfish dishes.The dessert bar is also pretty good with fruit and jello options and a soft serve ice cream machine with vanilla and chocolate ice cream.If you can't find something you like, you just don't like seafood!Pricing is fixed price all-you-can-eat with lunch at $17.95 Monday-Friday and $21.95 on Sat.-Sun. and holidays.Dinner is $31.95 on Mon.-Fri. and $33.95 on Sat.-Sun. and holidays.Kids are priced by height--half price for 5ft and over, quarter priced for 4 feet or shorter and free for 3 feet and under!Well worth it--everything is very fresh and the place is very clean with friendly and helpful service.Be prepared to arrive early as it gets very crowded at the buffet sometimes.Plan to be there at the opening at 11:45 or noon for lunch and 6PM for dinner service on Mon.-Fri. Our group of 12 travelling from out of town wanted a sea food restaurant that could manage serving a large group. We called ahead and were told yes. We arrived in time and were seated in our own room immediately. Drink orders were taken. Separate bills no problem. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks and then food order then. When food arrived, it was well presented, hot and delicious. We finished up within 2 hours of arriving, however most of our time there was spent waiting.
