Enjoyed an impromptu lunch when visiting Biar. Good menu del dia at 9euro and very friendly efficient service. Especially enjoyed the calamari and mushrooms. Easy walk to the cultural area and castle to work off the lunch.

Restaurant With 37 Years At The Service Of Its Customers, Trying To Give A Good Service With Good Quality, In Fish And Seafood Fresh, Meats, Rice Dishes, Which Highlights Extensive Tapas Bar And Different Dining Rooms Have Terrace For Smokers.

We stopped for lunch, and saw a fabulous seafood and tapas counter. When the reception asked us we said we were 2 for lunch. She led us away and into a dining room.they brought alioli and bread and menus and asked what we wanted to drink. Coral had glass of wine, I had a bottle of water. When we asked tapas they said oh no you are in the restaurant and so we ordered. Started with a small salad which was ok. I had a glass of gaspacho which was very thin and not too tasty. Then we had the recommended dish of the day which sounded very good . Paella with lobster and monkfish. It was paella as I have never seen it before. It was very soupy and had bits ofccracked up lobster. It was not too bad, but not at all what was expected. We have had many paellas, but none like this. All in all the bill was nearly 70 euros. And this was for a quick stop.

Came across this restaurant when in villena for just a few hours and left thrilled! Fantastic food with beautiful presentations, genuine and very professional staff!
