My wife and I go to Salina every couple weeks and quite often end up having a late lunch at BWW. Although we really enjoy our fresh cut salad and boneless wings along with celery & carrots, the real drawing card for us is service. Our servers, Jim and most recently, Lorena, are always friendly, expedient, and very helpful! Both routinely check drink needs and take our payment to the cash register in a timely manner. During one of our visits Jenna also was very helpful as we redeemed points for bottles BWW Sauce. My personal preference for sauce is to have my wings coated with Thai Curry and have Caribbean Jerk on the side for more dipping! A little spice is nice! Try it sometime!
Looked like lots of locals here. Not fancy, but good prices and good food. Hubby had a cheese burger, I had catfish. Both perfectly prepared and served. We stayed across the street, and the hotel manager suggested it. We like to support local businesses and their families. Mattie was there, and her family.

We had dinner at the restaurant and I had the frilled steak ordered medium rare, hesmashed potatoes and a appetizer of fired pickles. The food was great, the steak was cooked properly. The service was spot on and our food and drinks were served in proper time. The venue is very clean. Great job1
Kansas, United States Food Guide: 10 Bar food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Salina
Paramount Bar has been here for years and years and YEARS! But just opened its new kitchen & Beer garden recently. They have a small menus of 6+ sandwiches, some salads and snacks/appetizers, and they also do several daily specials. Don't be fooled by a small menu though! The sandwiches are very good and handmade, and we had some of their fried pickles, which were awesome. It definitely is a bar atmosphere, but has a very hip vibe. The occasionally have performers. And a shout out to the wonderful bartenders/waitresses we had when we were there. You all by far, the friendliest and most easy-going waitresses we've met. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill atmosphere with good food and good beer.

We've been coming to Speakeasy for several years now. We've been here at all different times of day, and all different days of the week. And no matter when we've come, we really like the place. Sometimes we come during a big game and enjoy the spirit of the other people in the establishment who cheer and yell whenever their favorite team -- and it's usually both teams in any given match although there's always a definite slant toward KU Jayhawks and K-State Wildcats, and Kansas City Chiefs -- make progress or score points. In other words, it's just plain "fun." During game times, it's understandable that it gets noisy. However, there are times when we do have just a bit of a problem with the noise level: the louder the music is, the louder the clientele becomes. So really, Friday and Saturday evenings are not our favorite times to visit. But Saturday and Sunday afternoons tend to be the more sports-oriented times (Saturday more than Sunday, which is really quite nice and quiet) and although yeah, it's noisy, we get it and can also get involved.Recently, they have added a new group of sandwiches to their menu, named after famous gangsters. Last Sunday was our first experience with these and my husband got the Lucky Luciano and I got the John Gotti. Both were very good, but I found my husband's sandwich just a little bland compared to mine, when we swapped halves. In fact, I selfishly took my "Gotti" back. Looking forward to trying some of the other offerings. A lot of them look to be a bit on the spicy side, but the waitresses and cooks are good about omitting certain ingredients at the customers' request. We've enjoyed Speakeasy for several years and in all seasons. In Summer, it's nice and cool inside as well as patio seating outside and offers lots of great beverage choices. And in Winter, the dark atmosphere lends an almost cozy feel to the experience. It's become one of our favorite spots, and at this point, we plan on things continuing that way.

This bar has wonderful ambiance. It meets all the criteria for a biker bar: cool and dark inside with friendly, interesting clientele. We stopped in to get a pickup order of hamburgers, which were delicious, and enjoyed a couple of cold ones while we waited. We felt welcomed by everyone from the bartender to the cook (who came out to meet us and shake our hands). Maggie Mae's is our new watering hole when in Salina.

Great service and fully stocked bar. I had the chicken strip appetizer which was juicy and hot. See the attached pics of their menu which might help you decide before you get there. Fairly good selection of beer on tap as well as bottles and cans.

1st time visitor to this establishment and will return the next time weâre lucky enough to be in the area. Good craft beer selection. We tried the stout and their red and enjoyed them both. As for the pizza, we ordered one with sausage and peppers, and a Mexican (I think). They made a mistake on our order and asked us if we wanted a free Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza while we waited for the other 2. Weâll who passes up free food? Not us and weâre glad we didnât. By far the best of the 3. We highly recommend Blue Skye.
