Nice bartender listens to your order and makes drink as asked. Gambling machines are there nice change of pace for something different to do while out. Friendly people were there.

Great casual, fun spot on Fox Lake to dine. We arrived for an early mid-week lunch-quiet and peaceful at that time. At night and on weekends, this place is hopping--light food items, basketball & volleyball courts, bands and even playground equipment for the kids entertainment during the day.My husband and I each had the Friday Special--1/2 rack of ribs with fries for $5.95! Delicious! I also tried the Friday drink special--a Moscow Mule, served in a copper mug. Our server, Crissy was great--friendly, helpful and efficient.

Went for dinner.. We started out to order dinner waitress informed us there was not any crab legs, spaghetti, salmon or kids macaroni right off the bat . Ok then cool. So we sat a bit then ordered appetizers as I am looking around it says under new ownership ok then should not be out of anything I thought but hey it was sunday maybe busy weekend. No problem as I am looking around there is old nasty dust in windows and on blinds dead flies and bugs in general lots of windows surround so light comes shinning thru clean the damn windows gross try windex on them and for god sake dust . The ceiling was cake with webs dirt which could fall in your food. I was so disgusted I was noticing this while eating my bruschetta and started feeling grossed out. We had another app it was spinach dip it was gross bland just wrong . So i highly suggest if you are under new ownership close the doors and clean this place I do not recommend you dock here or go here waste of time until they clean the place up. I did not want to imagine kitchen if front was do gross and dirty.

This time we were a little disappointed. We arrived by boat for a weekday lunch because the food is good, service is cheerful and the view is even better. We had the warm corned beef sandwich with fries and it was excellent. Only complaint is the maintenance. There is some peeling paint--no reason for that not to be cared for prior to Memorial Day.And, there was a little paper trash on the patio, no covers on the trash bins and the plastic chairs on the deck had some mildew--no reason for that not to be cared for.Hopefully, by the next time we visit, this great place will kick it up a notch and take care of those things.

We stopped here for Bloody Maryâs and some snacks before taking the ferry to Blarney Island. The Bloody Maryâs were good, but my potato skins were so well done, they were like eating fried cardboard or something. I would not recommend them.Service was good, but it was not crowded at all because of the extreme heat and no-wake rule. I donât know how it would be if it was packed.I wouldnât have minded spending more time here, but our main goal was to go to Blarney Island.

Johnny's strikes the perfect balance between quality, menu variety, and affordability that creates exceptional value for our customers. In addition to our amazing Prime grade steaks, we are proud to offer over 30 delicious items on our menu priced right a
We were warmly greeted and were looking forward to a chophouse experience. The staff could not have been nicer but my husband's ribeye steak was inedible. My tenderloin was good but not great. Our waiter promptly addressed my husband's steak and ultimately took it off the bill. Even the management could see the quality wasn't there. We were with another couple at their recommendation and hated to mention anything. We would probably go back because the staff was so nice but would not order steak.

Pub, Eatery
Located in the heart of Main St, this is a small but very popular place. Somewhat reminiscent of a Wisconsin back woods lodge, the decor is chock full of interesting pictures, Bear skins, painted saws and baseball memorabilia. Thereâs a large full service bar. The food is average; my Monterey Chicken Sandwich was good but my husbandâs Cod dinner was tasteless, although he said the potato pancakes were ok. Portions are generous. Parking is in the back and there is very limited street parking. There was a visiting table magician Dylan, and he was quite good. Thanks for leaving us a review, Calmac3. We appreciate all your feedback-good and bad- because we will use the information to continue to improve our guestsâ experiences! Hopefully we will have the pleasure of serving you again soon.

Owners have another restaurant by the same name in Waukegan, IL.
I visit family once a year and look forward to eating at Anastasia's, this year was a disappointment. Usually mouth watering pizza, this time was sub par, crust was thick and cakey, lacked toppings and overall not good. Thinking just a bad night, returned for dinner, service was good, but requested a substitution from a regular reuban to a turkey reuban, the slight upcharge was $4.00! It was good but not at a price of $13.98, after all turkey is a lessor cost than corned beef, the substitution should not have been more than a buck if at all. Sadly, I will be trying a new place next year, family who lives here disappointed also.

When we first started going to Wings several years ago, we were wowed by the size of the burgers and baron grilled chicken sandwich. The last couple of visits, the size of both seem smaller, although the price has increased. They are both now just average. The baron had 2 pieces of bacon that were curled up in the center, a sprinking of shredded cheese, 1 mushroom slice and 2 tomato slices about the size of a half dollar. We were really sorry to see this as Wings had been one of our favorite spots.
