We took our grandchildren here to celebrate their 2nd and 4th birthdays and, quite frankly, it was a bust. Other than 3 or 4 amusements, there wasn't much for them to do. Almost all of the games and entertainment were at an older child's level - electronic games and amusements, all of which require game tokens which must be purchased. In a few more years (4 or 5) I think this restaurant would be more appropriate and entertaining, but for my money I think it would've been better to just visit a McDonald's Play Zone. The pizza seemed of the microwave variety. I must say that the staff were very security conscious and helpful when needed. Just not a place for toddlers.

Great pizza, great value. The meat lovers pizza is intense! Very friendly service, but delivery did take a bit longer than promised. Would definitely recommend.

First the good stuff:The staff was friendly and attentive. We arrived long after the dinner rush so it wasnât crowded at all. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was pleasant and courteous. Our drinks and appetizer were brought to us within a very reasonable time. Kudos there. Likewise, we didnât wait very long for the main course.The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Very casual and tasteful. The not so good:The food, though very well presented, was lacking in flavor. My wife agreed her dinner was âokâ. It was a little steeply priced for OK food. Donât misunderstand, it wasnât a bad dining experience at all. I just expected better for the price. The prices arenât outrageous but not commensurate with the quality. We will certainly go back and give them another go. Everyone deserves a second chance.

I love this place so much. The food is outstanding and the increasingly expanding craft beer selection is making me thirsty thinking about it. The special events of food and drink pairing is the best deal ever! Check their Facebook out for more i nfo. I really like the Thursday night open musician jam from 8-10p. That is always a party and where else can you get live free music on a Thursday? Exactly. Do it.

It's been a while, but thought I'd drop in for the lunch buffet. Wow, how things have declined! For more than 20 minutes, no pizza additions. The same avoided, thick-crust only, BBQ burger and ham with red peppers were the only options. No pizza rolls, no pasta, none of the food options I remembered and that brought me back. Everything was only thick crust. What happened to the thin and crispy that Old Chicago is famous for? Very disappointed!

When you order a ny style, foldable slice pizza, you expect it to be ny size, especially for almost 14.00. Instead they take their 12" pizza and cut it into less pieces. Square pizza twice as expensive as the same pizza I get at another chain that has them hot and ready. Scam. Won't be back. Boneless wings crappy to.

We came here based on trip advisor reviews. I'm always up for a good thin crust pizza. And the pizza was fine.The staff are extremely pleasant. And I hate to give negative reviews to independent restaurants. However, they appear to be very disoriented. Perhaps they just moved to a new ordering and payment system, but it really seemed like they had no idea how to work the machines.Not sure the pizza was good enough to justify the hassle.

Having been here last year, the service was a bit slower in the beginning but overall, food came out fast and was cooked well. The place was busy but not packed, so I didn't understand why things were running a little slower than normal - maybe they were short staffed but it's a big week/weekend in KY and I'd think they would adjust for that. I'll be back again, still great place for pizza!

...But, after an explanation and recommendation of a friend we went and I met my new favorite pizza upon our first visit. In my opinion, all the accolades concerning the product are well deserved. However, the acoustics in the restaurant are so poor, with every sound and spoken word bouncing off all the non-sound deadened surfaces, we would not return except for the near perfect pizza. We, being a group, had difficulty hearing one another speak - had to SHOUT alot. So how about, at least, some acoustic tile overhead or some other sound deadening agent? And, perhaps another location where escaping from the parking lot, at busy times, is not such a challenge. In my opinion, that would make for a six star fast food restaurant!
