Only opened about 6 months ago: Great caberet feel ambience; great pizza.
Must I admit I've developed some kind of ill-informed perception that this place does not good so it's no good for me! HOW WRONG WAS I! A wonderful atmosphere and superb service and great value food that excites the palate! Highly recommended little establishment and perhaps one of Ballarat's hidden little gems... Worth taking a few mates or even a double date to genuinely take it all in and enjoy a night of pleasant amenity and food with the odd bit of entertainment also appearing! To top off my praises I'd suggest any Risotto lover gets on in for what I'll call Ballarat's best risotto!

Family-friendly chain known for its made-to-order pizzas.
This is not an la carte fancy food restaurant but you do get what you pay for...and some. It is a great place to take a family. Our grandsons loved being able to choose just what they wanted. The pizzas were replenished frequently, salads were refilled and the desserts were a big hit. Plenty of everything. Value for money. They gave us refills of water when we asked but were a little slow to clear plates.

Ballarat Provedore serves the city of Ballarat and also is perfect for the commuters between Melbourne to Ballarat and beyond. We have focused on our wood fired pizza's and also we have a large choice of other meals. Our other passion are our coffee's whi
We went to The Provedore recently and we were deeply disappointed with the meals and the serviceNo-one in our group was able to finish their meal ( all different choices) as they were of such poor quality - tasteless and inedible. The service was pleasant but almost non- existent as we had to ask for drinks to be served to us - twice. There were a large number of flies INSIDE the restaurant, landing on our food and we were constantly having to swat them whilst we ate. Overall a very disappointing experience and money totally wasted. We won't be back and won't recommend this restaurant

I don't have high expectations for a pizza establishment operating in the 'budget' or cheap eats segment but I have accessed their offering many time while visiting the supermarket across the carpark. Never had a bad experience and the one time someone forgot to include some chicken kicker things I was well compensated and they were most apologetic. Pizza is good and value is exceptional. Two birds with one stone is what I do here - Shopping and a quick and hassle free dinner when I'm late home or feeling a little lazy - Can't beat it!
Great food, value and service. Tried many other pizza places in Ballarat but always come back here. Love the cheap meal deals and the different bases. My favourite is the extra thin. Always plenty of good quality toppings.

Our grandfather Frank was a well-known Blacksmith in the Ballarat region, and at the heart of a Blacksmith's shop is a fire they call the Forge. With a combination of the fire, great skill and plenty of hard work, great things are created. Take a look at
Great pizza but expensive! We stumbled across this place when visiting Ballarat & looking for a place to eat. It has a lovely atmosphere & seemed to be a popular spot for locals. We loved our pizza but were surprised at the cost. We can't afford to eat here regularly but would go back as a special treat.

At Carboni's Italian Kitchen Ballarat, we invite guests to enjoy a selection of artisan wood fired pizzas, antipasti, pasta dishes and delicious desserts, all sharing a distinct, rustic Italian twist. Relax with friends over a shared platter or glass of r
Iâm hoping we just came on a bad night as have eaten at this restaurant on numerous occasions. My pasta with the lamb shoulder ragu was very bland. I had to ask for salt & pepper but even that didnât help. My partner had a pizza which was very pale in colour. Looking around a couple at the table near us had ordered the same meals as us. They also left most of their pasta uneaten. The service was very good as is the wine list.

Busy restaurant, staff were absolutely delightful and helpful without being over bearing. Seemed to always appear at just the right time. Chose 2 pizzas from the menu and shared with someone else, must say I was glad we walked there so I could walk off the pizza on the way home.Made to perfection and do many interesting flavour combination plus still offering the old favourites. Loved watching the pizza dough being thrown, nice to know it was all so fresh. Big thumbs up.

A relaxed winery with restaurant in a very laid back atmosphere. No tours, no master classes. Let the kids play a board game while you browse our extensive range of wines and liqueurs. We offer an extensive range of healthy wood fired pizzas topped with t
A family favourite of ours, we've been here on cold days and hot days and this winery always pleases. The tapas platter is delicious for 2 to share, easily made into vegetarian, the woodfired pizzas are very tasty with lots of choice (not overpriced either). Their moscato champagne and pinot noir is very tasty.Kids are welcome with a carpeted area for giant jenga, toys etc with lots of curiosities outside for kids to enjoy as well, like an old Jeep to climb in and out of. The eclectic memorabilia is a great talking point for all ages. The winery is a great venue for birthdays or special occasions. It states on the menu that the food will take a long time, so don't expect meals in 20 minutes, it does take at least an hour - slow food but worth it.Located on the Geelong side of Ballarat (about 20 minutes from the CBD), Mt Buninyong Winery is definitely worth the drive.
