Pizzeria située sur la commune de MUNTICELLU, parking gratuit, vue sur la mer .Ouvert en octobre tous les soirs sauf le lundi
We are staying five minutes away at Residence Benista, just a short walk.we spotted the restaurant when on an evening walk, the view was fantastic. So full of anticipation we ate there last night.it's family friendly so there was good mix of clientele.Outside was a large party,so reluctantly we went inside.Wow!! A very nice room with half length windows letting in the air and providing a spectacular view over L'ile Rousse. And then it all went pear shaped.A very limited menu unless you want pizza.no starters on the menu and no pitchet of local wine.most places have offered a litre at around 10-12 euros.so cuvee maison at 15 euros for 75 cl.Not the end of the world, but indicative of what was to come.Food arrived, nothing special but adequate.....and then they turned the television on (despite no one watching it).unfortunately I was facing it.Still the view and the fresh air still compensated.Until the staff (without any request) closed the Windows!!!Unbelievable, and even worse the Windows were dirty and smeared. So no view,no fresh air and the television on.We ate our main course and left.I've not given such a poor rating before and I've done many reviews. The management haven't a clue.Sorry.

Overlooking the harbor this restaurant has glass wrap around windows that can close in inclement weather and winter.I dined here in the off season and there was still room before 8 pm. Thereafter the place was heaving but service was still pretty swift. Once you order it goes to take very long for good to come out if you put your order in before the big evening rush.If you donât want to eat pasta or pizza, there is not much choice for vegetarians especially if you are vegan or font line goat cheese. There is one veggie salad yo be precise but it is yum as is the version with chicken strips and nuts.Their desserts are to die for. Especially the mango, passion fruit mousse with a sorbet.Price is reasonable for quality. With no alcohol and starter, my salad main, dessert and a tea came to about Euro 25.

We went towards the end of August, and the meal was great. The view over the valley with the setting sun was so beautiful. We were greeted by the smiling and friendly owner who was attentive throughout the meal. The pizza chef himself served us the pizzas (a margharita and an oven-roasted pepper pizza, with a tricolore salad) and had a chat with us. The indoor chef came and talked to us about the desserts (tiramisu and profiteroles), explaining they were all homemade, and served them each up with an almond liquor. The pizzas were not garlicky at all, and cooked to how you would expect a wood-oven cooked pizza to be (darkened edges, and crisp bottom).Double-bonus was that it opened well-before the 7.30pm opening of most of the Corsican restaurants so great for Brit/American travellers with very young kids, also providing take-out for a lazy summer eat-at-home.I would really recommend it!!

We ate twice at Pizzeria U Palmentu during our trip to Santa-Reparata and enjoyed it both times. We sat on the terrace alone the road each time we ate there, but noticed that they also had a booming take-out business (and watching people park every which way when going in to get their pizzas was quite amusing).During our two visits we tried a variety of pizzas. My favorite was the "U Palmentu" with artichokes and olives, but everything was good. Of the 3-4 times I ate pizza during this trip, Pizzeria U Palmentu was my favorite. The pizzeria was helpful in accommodating my son's food allergies. They responded to my e-mail prior to our trip to confirm ingredients, so we knew in advance that we could eat there safely and confidently.

This restaurant has an unusual location right by the railway track. As its name suggests, the restaurant is in the old station building at Bodri. Seating is outside in two well-shaded areas. The menu is short, with a small number of starters, and pizza or a few meat dishes to follow. They have a speciality in locally-sourced steak, which we did not try, but looked excellent. The salad and pizza we did eat were top quality. I had a dessert which surprised me by being two creme caramels - these were nice but not special. We enjoyed the experience and plan to return to try the steak.

A Large Choice Of Pizza And Traditionnal Food
We took a pizza to-go from this place because it was highly recommended. The waiters seemed busy and annoyed, we couldn't pay with credit card and the pizza itself was very plain and somewhat disappointing.. It was like getting a pizza from our local pizza guy back home and not the French/ Italian delicious kind of pizza we had anticipated. Disappointing.

Delicious wood-oven pizzas, and big (30-35 cm in diameter!). The pizza dough is extremely nice, as well as the toppings.Custom variations are possible. The staff is very friendly, and they have home made desserts... Very good too!The place has ca. 40 seats: outdoor patio and some extra tables with sunscreens. There are plenty of parking lots available, in front and in the back of the restaurant.Easy to reach. Coming from Ile-Rousse, on the left of the roundabout going into Algajola.Highly recommended for an excellent pizza in a very friendly atmosphere!Merci,Ã bientot
