1st time visit to store #003539 and we will not go back.Store was dead slow when we arrived, only one other person was inside eating.I ordered a $5.00 box with burrito supreme and 2 taco's,both should of been taco supreme on Nacho cheese taco shells. Both tacos were made wrong as was the Burrito. I had asked for no onions WHen I bit in to the burrito it had onions.Crew was laughing and goofing off I guess is the reason my order was wrong. Complained about burrito having onions, girl said it was just lettuce but I no what onions taste like.She didn't offer to remake it so I ate it anyway.Both tacos were missing tomatoes and both should of been supreme taco's on a nacho cheese shell. Took taco's up to counter to complain because they were made wrong then asked for the manager.Manager told me it was ok that the crew was laughing and goofing off,Explained the problem to him, he then came out to the table and advised me that his store was the best store in the area.I don't care how the store is rated if the food and service sucks. Poor customer service, I will not return to this location and I will not recommend it to anyone. Horseplay,laughing and goofing off is the exact reason my entire order was wrong. Manager tried to sugar coat what the crew was doing. Worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten in and will not go back to this on.

Lunch time hunger was high....not looking for your standard fast food, so took a chance with this Mexican Restaurant...Found it to be a new family owned restaurant with friendly staff and the lunch special today were Fajitas for only 6.99...huge portion..also super clean from table tops to floor and even the bathroom was superbly clean...Go eat here...you wont be disappointed..

First let me say, I grew up in West Texas, eating great, authentic mexican food and love it. Unfortunately, there is no really good mexican food in the Hendersonville, Goodlettsville area. Every place is greasy and taste the same. Nothing special at all. Since the original Rio Bravo closed, nothing has even come close. Well, I heard about âPepeâs Mexican Expressâ from a friend and he raved about the quality. I had walked past this place hundreds of times, thinking âfood court food, yeah, RIGHT !â Finally, my wife tried a take out order and said I HAD to try it. Well, I did and couldnt believe it !Pepeâs is located in Rivergate Mall, food court, but should be in a prime location. Itâs a family owned and operated business, with only this one location. Everything is made FRESH daily and to order. The portions are huge and the quality and flavor is incredible. They offer everything from custom tacos, burtitos, enchiladas, chimichangas, huge nachos and more. All are made exactly the way you want, from a choice of chicken, or beef and every imaginable fixings. Plates come with rice and some really great beans. Or you can substitute for other sides. The âlunch sizesâ (pictured) are huge and only $4.99. If you get the large size, you wont finish it. The beef they use has the most amazing flavor Iâve tasted. Iâm addicted to their beef chimichanga and tacos. My wife always gets a beef burrito, stuffed with tons of beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream. Itâs then topped with their homemade cheese sauce and red sauce. But again, YOU decide how you want it. They have a variety of homemade salsas and chips (the hot is very HOT !), plus homemade guacamole. The guacamole is really fresh and has a lot of lime, tomatoes and onion. This is the ONLY change I recommend, is use a little less lime and onion. But, I love it anyway. As for the staff, they are very friendly and want you to be happy. Drink refills are free as well. Trust me, I never thought I would ever eat food court food, much less give a review like this. But itâs deserved, WELL deserved ! We drive from Hâville to eat here 2-3 times a week and even with extras, itâs around $15.00. Thats cheaper than Taco B*ll, if you can stand to eat there. BTW, thereâs plenty of tables to dine there (which we do), or you can take it with you. If you love good quality mexican food, where nothing is frozen, or from a can, you HAVE to try Pepeâs Mexican Express !

I love Las Palmas, it has been around in the Nashville area for many years. You can get any Mexican dish to satisfy you here. ships are great, the salsa is fantastic and the food is always hot. However, the service I had recently with my pal and I was just silly. We came in and were seated quickly, but after about 10 minutes we asked for a waiter. Seems like we were being impatient, but there were only 3 tables sat in the whole place. So We felt like it was ok to ask for a waiter. He came with an attitude. We ordered and the food was fine no issues. The waiter had to be asked to for refills. He could have been having a bad day.Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The restaurant was suggested by our hotel clerk so we went for dinner. We were seated quickly and our waiter brought us nachos with salsa to have with our drinks that he brought after the nachos. He then brought a second helping when he noticed we finished the first ones. We didn't eat those but he suggested we take them with us otherwise he had to throw them out. We both had chicken fajitas which were large portions and very good. I would go back if in the area again.

Stopped for lunch while passing through. Great service. Food was tasty & delivered quickly. Chimichangas were cooked to perfection. Guacamole dip & cheese dip were both good. Ladies bathroom tile was beautiful but the doors in the bathroom need replacing.
