As of the 2010 United States Census, the town's population was 33,802. Only 48.4% are male and the median age of residents in Chelmford is 39.2 years old. It is located 24 miles (39 km) northwest of Boston and, bordering on the city of Lowell, is part of the Greater Lowell metropolitan area. Besides Lowell on its northeast, Chelmsford is surrounded by four towns: Tyngsborough to the north, Billerica to the southeast, Carlisle to the south, and Westford to the west. Chelmsford is bordered by two sizable rivers: the Merrimack River to the north, and the Concord River to the east.

Overall I had a pleasant time here. I am a bit picky when it comes to Mexican food, and thought that this place was pretty good. The chips and salsa to start were okay, the salsa wasn't that spicy, but the chips seemed pretty fresh. The drinks are good and certainly large in size. We had plenty of beer and margaritas. The spice margarita wasn't that spicy, but it was good. Our meals were very good portion sizes for the value and for four people with multiple drinks the bill was only about $110. So it wasn't that bad. I liked the Chori Pollo, the rice was okay and could have gone for some beans. Overall I think had the service been a bit better than average but we just didn't get the attentive service I would have hopped for.

Moe's is a great place to go if you're no longer satisfied with that over-sized burrito place. Their menu selection (which is entertaining by itself) offers four or five times the offerings of that other place. We enjoy eating there. The only downside to Moe's is their staff. They are slow, sometimes rude and obnoxious and they don't always get our orders correct. I think they're more focused on having a good time than customer service. We forgive them for this shortcoming and go back to sample more of their tasty fare!

Located in a Plaza near rt 3. Plenty of parking. Great service from server. Food was not so great. I ordered a shredded chicken taco salad, the chicken was not fully shredded and had skin on it. I ordered chicken tenders with rice and beans from the kids menu and there was a piece that was not edible. My daughter ordered shredded beef and wasn't pleased. Overall food was very disappointing and it wasn't busy at all in the restaurant. I was the only table in the restaurant at that time so I expected it to be 100%.

We went there for the first time today. The food and the service was the best I have ever had in any Casa Blanca. We have gone to the one in Andover and North Andover and they are no where near as good as this location.
