Booth or table? This place offers nice diner cuisine with a Mexican twist. Breakfast choices are extensive. Food came out quick and tasty. Popular with locals. Enjoyed meeting Polo and Polo, Jr. The homemade jam was a treat!

The prices are extremely reasonable and not priced high at all especially considering the large amount of food that you get. We always have fast and extremely friendly service, the restaurant is clean and has a fun laid back atmosphere.

We were looking for a dinner place and saw Guadalajara. At first we were expecting a dinner buffet but the staff informed us that they only have lunch buffets. We went to JB's restaurant but after seeing the salad bar buffet, we went back to Guadalajara. And we didn't regret it. It was a good choice. They have huge servings and they were yummy! Please check out my photos :) i highly recommend this place!

So my sister discovered this little gem a couple years ago when traveling through Idaho and now every time we can find an excuse to go by Burley we take the oportunity to have an amazing Aztec burrito. We have actually just had a road trip just to come here. Food is great and the margaritas are good too! Laid back service, but good. Try it, you won't regret it. Only problem is you will be addicted and maybe have to drive 3 hours like me to keep coming back for more.
