This place is great value for money . Set menus during week days, starting from 13,5⬠to 27⬠for the txuleton menu. We had: generous fresh salad as starter, 1,2kgs chuleton (t-bone steak ) for two served with green peppers as side dish and delicious home made desserts. Staff were really friendly and agile. I fully recommend it !

A working-class restaurant that serves delicious and abundant mid-day menus. Impossible to leave without feeling full and with a great taste in your mouth. A three-course menu is only 11 Euros!

We were looking for a good restaurant while we were driving on the motorway and saw the Michelin Guide recommended this restaurant. That was our lucky day! We would never have found it! But the food is superb, the service quite good, and the setting is lovely. We loved it!

Sabado 6 de Junio, hacemos un recorrido por el monte Santiago y el salto del Nervion, bajamos a Orduña para comer, en alguna otra ocasión habÃamos comido en el Rest Llarena y la verdad que eso, nos decidió para volver. En esta ocasión, no hemos tenido suerte, cogimos un menú Entrecot de 20 euros,unas croquetas de jamón muy ricas y una ensalada estupenda ,para compartir. Posteriormente nos indica la chica, muy amable por cierto, que tenemos, bien entrecot con guarnición o bacalao con salsa de hongos,porque les quedan dos raciones. Los compañeros escogen entrecot y yo elijo el bacalao, al probarlo noto un sabor raro, como de amoniaco, les comento esto a los compañeros y les hago probarlo, todos sin excepción, dicen que el bacalao huele y sabe a amoniaco. Le indico a la camarera en voz baja, no hay necesidad de que todo el mundo se entere del error, que el bacalao esta en malas condiciones y que en la cocina lo pueden comprobar. Si bien es cierto, que el plato estaba medianamente consumido, pues lo habÃamos probado todos, la respuesta de la cocina es esta: "Si quieres te pueden hacer otro pescado, pero lo tienes que pagar aparte".Ante esta respuesta le contesto que no, que no es necesario. Decepción con un local que no tiene necesidad de hacer esto a los clientes, si no esta en condiciones, pues no lo sirvas y si lo haces por error asúmelo y corrige. Triste, muy triste la respuesta de cocina y su falta de cintura.Un saludo para Irati, la camarera, tu no tienes la culpa.

We are here by chance. It is a lovely small town. Place was opened just few weeks ago. All foods are great. It is obvious fusion kitchen here is at Michelin star. Owner told me that they have given recipes from Michelin star Bask cooks. Dear 417_zg_rg,We feel really happy about your opinion. As you know, we have just opened some days ago and we try to do our best to make our customers feel happy for having chosen us... It is a tradicional old basque building , good food quality and really nice atmosphere. The access by highway is quite easy and parking facilities are free of charge.Highly revommendable for a quite and charming meal.

One of the very best places to lunch for a moderate price in the surrounding area of Laudio-Amurrio. The plates have a professional presentation without being extravagant. The food being mostly traditional is well done and cooked to the point. The prices are moderate and all in all makes you leave the place satisfied and ready to come back. So a resounding nine out of ten.
