The review is not about the quality of the food but about the treatement of guests.We came there for breakfast (total 4). We were told that there is a brunch starting at 11 only. 16 euros per person, kids 8.- (5-12 years)We had one twelve year old and one older kid but not very hungry so we asked if its OK to charge us for 2 adults and 2 kids as it was early, we will leave quickly and dont eat much - waiter agreed.Also we didnt steal anyones seat as not many people were there yet.30mins later we were done and asked for the bill... ...we were charged 4x16 euros. Nobody knew from the agreement, 5-12 years meant â12 excludedâ so should öay 64 euros for food worth maybe 15... and a coffee.As we didnt want to be in trouble at this place we paid... but just so you all know: food here will be good but expensive.Dear, guest.We are sorry for this misunderstanding and are sorry that visit to our restaurant did not leave you a positive impression.Thanks for the detailed feedback,Your comments help us to do our best, because every guest are very important for us. Waiting time was 1h, food portions small and taste not so good, service awful. Had to ask forks and knives twice, no napkins on the table and did not get these even after asking.

Lido not like it used to be. Now over priced and poor quality food. Staff are as miserable as there food. Best avoided. You can buy cheaper and better quality elsewhere.

Visited the restaurant for a Sunday brunch. The restaurant was nicely booked, like it ussually is on weekends. We booked a table only this morning, good that they still had vacant tables. The food was alright. Nothing fancy, but alright. I was expecting a better choice of foods, because they mostly served various salads, sandwiches and pancakes. The only fish was salmon, which ran out quickly and the kitchen didnt hurry to fill it up. So, it was ok, but just ok, for 18 eur/pax.

We highly recommend this place rof dinner. Really tasty food. We tried juicy steak and shashlyk. Both were well prepared, tasty and juicy service is on high level. Weathers and kitchen working fast and well. After word âyou will need to wait for second dishesâ we were thinking it will take 30-40 mins, but it arrived max in 15 min and smell was unbelievable. We stayed a half day at the restaurant and enjoyed nice food and service. 6 of US left there a couple of hundred Euros in food and drinks.Unfortunately, the restaurant disappointed when leaving. After paying we went outside, sitting on their sun-beds while waiting for our taxi when being approached by one of their waiters asking for 15⬠per sun-bed or to leave. This was 3 min after having settled the bill at 18.30 in the afternoon on a cold but sunny day without anyone around using the sun beds! There were no apologies after complaining inside the restaurant to the waiter, who happily accepted minutes before a gracious tip when settling the bill.This experience completely messed up all the good food and service delivered and made this place just another average but expensive restaurant without any feeling for good customer service. I wonât recommend this place if you are looking for an experience beyond average...
