This is probably the most under-rated pizza restaurant on the North Shore, The thin crust pizzas are some of the best I've had--anywhere. And, I'm partial to their walnut and pear salad. Nothing but fresh ingredients. Excellent service. And a variety of foreign and domestic beers are available. There's plenty of seating. And it tends to be quiet enough to carry on an adult conversation.I'd rather eat here than any other pizza place on the North Shore. The best. Period. And, fairly priced.

Nice to have another good pizza place in Wilmette! Conveniently located in downtown Wilmette, they have a few tables with little ambiance but tonight we carried out. Complete online menu with a very pleasant surprise - lower prices for additional ingredients if they’re only on half of your pizza! The employees I dealt with on the phone and when picking up were very pleasant, upbeat and friendly. The deep dish stayed very hot on the ride home and we were generally very pleased. Edge crust has a carmelized char which was very good but like many deep dish pizza, the center area crust was a bit thinner and soggy. Cheese and toppings were very good but the red sauce is sweet but needed more flavor..... we added oregano at home. We will return!

Terrific Italian food with an Old World Flair! Love the dinner for two. Starter to or two dinner salads, two entrees and a dessert to share! PLUS you each get a entree to take home for tomorrow! Classic Italian and specialty items, too. Great drinks menu and wines.

We tried two different pizza and both were very good! They used fresh mozzarella which is so good. Italian sausage was spicy. Also meatballs were season well. The chicken parmigiana was huge! Big enough for two! And it was excellent. It was reasonably priced food. Great variety of things on the menu! But no just plain spaghetti and meatballs dish! Desserts were very good too. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great meal, served by the pro server Mikael. The grilled asparagus was a perfect starter, and the salmon and trout are very nice preps. The winner though, was the liver (bacon and onions) - thinly sliced and floured, very tender. Terrific!

Noodle Cafe of Wilmette

This is a small storefront restaurant with a good-sized menu and daily specials. The service is quite good and attentive, but the food is rather average. It has many seafood dishes, and you can select a particular pasta, including whole wheat, a plus, and various sauces. The pasta comes with either soup (just ok) or salad (very good). The whole wheat angel hair pasta I ordered was thick like a regular spaghetti and fell apart in small pieces or stuck together in clumps. The marinara sauce was not very tasty. My friends had various seafood dishes that they said were just so-so. One friend had what he said was very good chocolate cake for dessert.
