Pizza was OK but meat requires more time in oven. Pastas 50/50. Noodles need to be drained a bit more. Sauces a little bit watery and high temperature. Sizes were huge but left me going to toilet soon afterwards. Again - did it require more cooking time? Service was average. Desserts were great and restaurant was clean. I gave them a tip but still i don't think it was as good as other La Porchettas.

I am a regular here - quick pasta, wrap, good coffee (Coffex)At least half of the experience is the women behind the counter. And I think they make everything that comes on sale - no generic muffins here that have been bought in from elsewhere.

I recall as a teenager that this was THE pizza shop in town... but times have changed and now there's a lot of competition. I haven't had their pizza ... because there is simply so much to choose from in Traralgon. Well that was until tonight. The business didn't have a website for me to peruse ...so I bit the bullet and called them directly. The young lady on the phone was really delightful... I am sure it's their personal nightmare having someone call who has NO idea about what's on offer, or what they want to order. I quickly established what I wanted with her assistance and then it simply came down to waiting. The time frame she gave me was perfect, in fact... I believe the deliverer made it just before the anticipated time. The deliverer was really lovely. Friendly, interactive and polite. He even arrived with a menu, a fridge magnet, a Christmas note and pens as a gift. Onto their pizza... the value is average. But the pizza was very tasty, very generous on toppings. As pizza stores go... this one is distinctive in the fact that it offers old fashioned service and an old fashioned concept of offering more value for money.

...but will it hold it? I wandered into this well appointed takeaway assuming that's all it would be. I was surprised to see a few tables there so you can eat in if you wish to. The establishment is lovely and bright and clean. The staff at the counter were quite pleasant. The menu is more comprehensive than I imagined. I am not sure if I am not disappointed in myself after my first visit tonight. Instead of wandering in to experience the pasta... I got sidetracked and ordered a burger and chips with gravy. The burger was quite flavorsome and large. The chips and gravy however were not brilliant. I found the chips were a bit cold as they had sat in their box a wee tad too long while they waited for the burger, and the gravy was uninspiring. I will probably return again to try something else. All in all ... it's an interesting alternative to local takeaway.

16 of us ate here last night-arriving at various times, ordering almost everything on the menu and couldn't fault the service or the food. Husband and I had a bruschetta pizza for entrée, then he had chicken saltimbocca and I had eggplant parmigiana-all really reasonably priced, generous sized serves and good fresh ingredients. We shared a bottle of wine. I haven't been here before, but we'll go back and try some more of the menu soon.

I used to recommend this restaurant and to bring colleagues and relatives for lunch but I had unresolved issues lately. I have been charged $8.50 to $12.00 for exactly the same take-away depending on who was serving me at the time. I confirmed the price with the owner but still find myself arguing with some of the staff who try to charge more. They are lying through their teeth about what the owner said and confirmed and this is becoming tiring. I have now decided to boycott the place and to let other people know about their behaviour.

Great day, sat outside and enjoyed some sunshine. The meal was just as good as the weather. Made our selection and was then informed our selections were actually the specials for the day. Had great pasta and wine for a very minimal price. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Our friends were able to bring their dog into the gardens and the staff were happy to supply a water bowl for her. looking forward to another visit and wonderful mealHi Mark, thanks for visiting our venue, weâre glad you enjoyed your experience.
