Exceeding any & all expectations, this little gem is a must see in Tomar. Our server, attentive & just lovely was knowledgeable and so happy to do all she could to make our dining experience an incredible one! The owner was wonderful, staying closeby to see that we were smiling the whole time. Our entire bill was 40 Euros. In the states, youâd pay at least $200 for food & service of this caliber & quality. The tapas were absolutely divine, the portion sizes pretty big, and there is no doubt that everything is being made in-house with so much love...The house white wine is local. Itâs mild in flavor with light notes of green apple & earth, providing a balanced pair to any dish on the menu. We started with a cheese board - offering 6 options of beautiful cheeses, strawberry jam, and walnuts. The Salmon Bruschetta - perfection! Smoked in-house, tossed in local honey & sesame seeds, and served on a cracker with cream cheese & cucumber. The Roasted âChorizoâ is way better than chorizo. Itâs a house-made sliced sausage finished by a brandy flambé and tossed in cilantro. The Orange Shrimp was delicious, as well. Poached & served with heads on, so filled with flavor.For dessert, we had the Tiramisu & the Strawberry Mousse with a Chocolate Ganache - youâll find greatness in both of these small packages!Iâve added three of the five pages offered as the menu for the evening. I believe it probably changes seasonally, but an idea of whatâs happening in their kitchen is definitely worth a look!

The restaurant has a nice terrace overlooking the townâs garden; very nice for summer evenings. It is a simple restaurant with nice regular food. The prices are quite low. Enjoy!

Primeira vez neste restaurante Localização boa e com uma esplanada climatizada ....A pessoa que atendia nas mesas não fazia ideia do que andava a fazer ...Perguntamos o que era um prato de choco que a pessoa nos indicou e não fazia a mÃnima ideia do que se tratava nem de como era servido ...Quando o prato veio para a mesa era pota e não Choco como nos tinha indicado...Serviço muito fraco mas comida razoável ...Talvez um dia mau ...

Eu ia passando na frente e o restaurante estava lotado, não tive condições de ser atendido naqueledia. E voltei no dia seguinte, ainda bem, pois fui muito bem atendido, o restaurante é familiar, exatamente o que eu estava procurando, a comida de excelência. Fica um pouco afastado, mas vale muito a visita. Trata-se de um restaurante não turÃstico.
