Enjoyed this stop in a very picturesque village in Brittany. My wife and I each had a waffle entree for lunch (mine with cheese and pears, hers with cheese and caramelized apples) and they were fantastic. We threw caution to the wind and split a dessert waffle, with lemon curd and sorbet, and it was equally good.

We stayed near Sulniac and ate here .. The restaurant is small with tables in and out and is run by a couple. The food was delicious, attention to detail was great and service very friendly. They had a lovely child's menu too, our kids 10 and 7 absolutely loved the 3 courses.... A total success amd worth a visit.

We stopped for lunch on a sunny spring day at this bar-brasserie and were happy with the choices, as well as the brisk but friendly service. We chose to sit inside because the terrace is the sidewalk area beside the roundabout in the center of town--not a lot of traffic, but some exhaust fumes are enough. The menu, only served at lunch, has many choices if you can't manage a three-course entree, plat and dessert. We both settled on a croque monsieur served with a large green salad (6 euros)--although the salade croustillante with two kinds of toast (chevre and mozarella/tomato) was tempting. They also serve a good selection of desserts, and many flavors of ice cream. Our lunch with a pot of tea and a draft beer came to not quite 20 euros--very good value.

Arrivés à 13h45, le chef a accepté de nous servir ses bruschettas alors quâil avait commencé à nettoyer sa cuisine, et pour cela un grand merci!!! Et en plus elles étaient excellentes, généreuses et servies avec le sourire ce qui ne gâche rien!!!!Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité prix.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Pizzeria un peu excentré de l'hyper centre, accueil convivial, salle simple et agréable. Un bon début... comme la suite avec de belles pizzas ou grandes assiettes de pâtes. La pizza bretonne est excellente et le rosé en pichet est correct. Le service est quelque peu long en ce jour férié bien que la salle ne soit pas bondée.

We have visited Les Caudalies three times in the past month and have enjoyed three excellent evening meals there. The food was well presented and of exceptional quality - and reasonably priced. The host - who was a sommelier and has an expert knowledge of wines - and his wife are very friendly and attentive. Get past the rather ordinary entrance hall and you will not be disappointed.

This was a family outing and it was really great to be allocated a round table which enhances the social interaction. The owner made us very welcome. There was a warm ambience and the decor was modern fresh and clean. There was a huge log fire but not lit as its now summer but I would imagine that really is wonderful in winter. There were some starters ordered by three of our party (see photos) and they were very good. For the mains we ordered various pizzas and pastas. These were all exceptional.The seafood pizza was thin how it should be, and covered with a full range of fresh and high quality seafood. Lots of scallops, squid, huge prawns salmon and tuna, with addition of anchovies as requested. This pizza was really delicious and I think its probably the best I have ever tasted. It's hard to get decent seafood pizzas and certainly any with more than one or two types of seafood on the top. This ticked every box. The other various pizzas ordered were really good too. The pasta dishes we had were vegetable linguini and one with seafood. Both were thoroughly enjoyed and the taste and content of both were as good as the pizzas.In fact all the food is perfectly cooked and well presented and the individual ingredients of high quality. For example on one of the pizzas is a Moroccan sausage called Merguez. This has such a good flavour and takes what could be a normal pizza to a whole new level. The desserts were freshly prepared and nicely presented. One family member commented on the very good cheesecake. There was a lovely chocolate brullee. Everyone enjoyed all the desserts and I have attached photos to this review. This restaurant offers very good value for money. The menu choice has enough to please all preferences. This is a particular family favourite restaurant for my family and having now also sampled what it has to offer I can highly recommend it.
